Pros: Excellent Pool and Waterpark with a fantastic lazy river! My kids had so much fun! We stayed at the property and mostly went to the Disney parks during the day but we had 2 pool days and the kids had so much fun! I highly recommend visiting the brand new Falls River water park if you have tweens or teens! The room we stayed in was spacious and easily accommodated us. The breakfast buffet is expansive and amazing with tons of choices for everyone! I loved that there is a Starbucks in the lobby…great for that morning pick me up when you’re heading to the parks early!

The staff was spread very thin…definitely not enough employees for the crowds that were there. It took a long time to order food or drinks by the pool. It was much faster to walk up to the bar. The breakfast buffet is very expensive…$32 per person is high! All of the food is overpriced…from the pantry market to the room service and breakfast. Bringing the prices down would have enticed us to eat there more but instead we ventured off property for most meals. Housekeeping was very limited. They are not making beds or cleaning other than emptying trash and replenishing towels at this time. That was annoying as I like coming back to a clean room.

Great water park facilities for the kids. Lots to do. Plenty of dining options, loved the Central Pantry for quick dining, snacks & drinks.

Was very busy for the holiday Easter weekend to be expected. Was a little tough to find chairs etc but that is to be expected.

The pool view, the pools, River Falls, High Velocity, the beauty of the lobby and throughout the hotel and conference center. Great place to stay.

The hotel is massive. They were booked to capacity and it did not feel crowded. There was plenty of room in the pool/slide area and there were open tables at the restaurants. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Sheets and pillows were comfortable. Staff was super nice.

We were told Internet was free and now I am disputing that charge (only $15, but still). Parking is super expensive (50 to valet, 30 to self park). Resort towels are supposedly tracked so if someone steals your towel at the pool then you are responsible. The bathroom door is barn style. I'm not sure why hotels do this now. The track was falling off and it's not really private.

Breakfast good; LOVED the pools; my room was very nice. Family took hotel shuttle to Disney- very convenient. Concierge desk set us up with a shuttle to Port Canaveral for our cruise. The hotel was a great part of our vacation.

For me, the walking was way too much to get to anywhere else in the hotel. When I went out a gate to smoke, gate was locked and I had to walk very far to find a gate that let me back in; it wasn’t until halfway through the 2nd day that I found a place to sit down and have a cigarette with my coffee.

Perfect place to spend time with family and friends. This is the type of hotel that you park your car and don’t leave until your checkout date. There is Sooooooo much to do and see at this resort, you’ll need 3 or 4 days just to fully enjoy it. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. you are sure to enjoy your stay regardless of the occasion. most rooms have a balcony and a mini fridge. The water park alone is worth staying at for a few hours.This resort will always be in my top 10 favorite places to stay.

Inflation is ridiculous. Pay for self-parking, pay to use the water park, pay for bottled water in your room, pay for breakfast, pay every single thing it’s just too much.

The service was impeccable! Everything was clean. They made me feel special for my birthday.

I thought 50 dollars for parking was too much . I wasn’t concerned when I booked the hotel because I saw that they had self parking available, which is what I was planning on doing but when I arrived I was told that self parking cost 30 dollars and involved a long walk or taking a shuttle back to the hotel . To avoid the hassle I paid the 50 dollars. I will say it was a determining factor as to us choosing not to stay an extra night.

Great location and facilities. Pool area was fantastic & room was spacious. Specially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. Also bar area sushi was delicious. My son loved all the facilities specially the water park.

Staff could be a little more helpful. Although some of the bar staff were great. Also people who organise trips. Reception not so great but no major problems

I don’t know what’s going on with hotels but cleanliness does not seem to be too important. pillow cases seems like some of them were not changed and that make me uncomfortable. They never did the room, but they say it is as per request. they never pick up the trash in the bathroom. the garbage can under the desk did not have a bag. the food is super expensive in the hotel’s restaurants. prepare yourself to be in Alaska, pools are amazing but the water is at 50 F. since is such a big hotel parking is far and you have to get a shuttle that runs every 5 minutes and you kind of waste time.

I loved this hotel. It was the first time I traveled with my kids alone and I didn't even know the hotel had so much to offer. The slides at the pool, the live entertainment, the multiple activity centers. Wow they have Great food. All around just an AWESOME STAY. there's a Lazer show on the grounds every night I believe. And an indoor pool. I could go on and on . Long story short WORTH IT !

The ONLY things I didn't particularly care for is the parking garage. The walk to the hotel is kinda lengthy make sure you take the shuttle. And the outdoor pool was under construction at the time of our stay which kinda sucked. And there was no continental breakfast!!
