Very clean room smells good. Comfortable bed. Great parking area very close to everything restaraunts, walmart, beach, amusement. Breakfast was good eggs, sausage, grits, waffles, cereal, fruits, bagels, etc. Staff friendly , clean hotel. I was skeptical because some people listed bad reviews but they just must be pampered. It exceeded my expectations. The pool is nice. The gym is small but everything you need. A bank is right next to hotel . Convenience . The fridge in the room is bigger than most hotel fridges. Air conditioner was great, cable TV great. I will always stay here from now on.

Everything except for the interpretation of my last 2 nights stay.

On my last 2 nights all of the running down the halls by kids, kids screaming, kids running up and down the stairs, constantly running up and down the hall all night. I complained 3 times. I understand that the staff can only do so much so I was wide awake 2 days straight and had a 3 1/2 hour drive back home to Albany Georgia at check out. I feel I should be compensated for those 2 nights. IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER FOR ME AND MY SISTER as we had come to the end of our ruined vacation. But Overall great place.

This was a last min 1 night stay , we decided to come to Florida a day early , this was nice and close to our final destination ! we loved it !! The breakfast was great ! the lady was keeping up with the demand of people ! which is rare ! NOTHING ran out ! kudos to her ! give the girl a raise !

My hubby and our girls went down to the pool and there we no light on inside .. kinda freaked me out !! we love nighttime swimming ! I think there we’re lights inside the pool but just not on for some reason !

We truly liked the location centrally located and quite. The staff was accommodating just a short distance to the beach and restaurants We traveled by taxi and were very satisficed

There was no milk in the breakfast area that I could locate I had to move from my designated room because the TV did not work The staff did seem a little put out about it. I was also put out because I had to load my stuff back up and move after a long drive I was a bit tired and probably a little irritated than usually would be

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Decent amount of car parking space. Complimentary breakfast had a good amount of items. Very friendly and polite staff.

Considering the facility is close to the beach, I would expect room cleaning service on request as the guests visit the place for beach access and may come back to the room with some sand.

Breakfast was great! Carla the one who manages the breakfasts and the dining area is great! Everything you need for a great breakfast she has it ready and the dining room clean, so you do not have to sit in dirty tables.

My bathroom was clean, but it wasn’t swept. There was hair from previous guest in the corners. The shower and sink, toilet all looked really clean, but the corners had hairs, I told the front desk and they sent someone to take care of it quickly. That was good!

Room was clean. Smelled clean and fresh every day. Pool nice. Good breakfast, eggs,sausage,cereal,grits, bagels waffles,etc. Fridge, microwave, cable TV, air conditioner, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Washer and dryer, convenient to everything to drive.

There were so many options for breakfast! And the location was absolutely perfect for our little family get away!

There were cigarette burns in the extra blanket given to us. The room was pretty small and didn't have a lot of walking space. We have 3 kids who didn't have a whole lot of room to move when in the room.

Spacious suite. Nice pool. Walking distance to the beach. Restaurants nearby. Attentive breakfast staff.

Carpet needs to be vaccumed and cleaned. AC had dead bugs on in that needs to be wiped off. Staff at front desk not very friendly. Barely said hello.

This place was excellent. Compared to price and what this hotel rates it should be a 5 🌟 Staff super friendly and easy to interact with. The knowledge they willingly supplied when asked anything about local area was top notch. The suite was clean and up to date. The best part was their complimentary breakfast. Everything you could think of was offered. Almost as you were going to a buffet. Pool was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere poolside was great. Everyone was having a good time. Truly recommend if you need a decent price room with 5 star service.
