This was seriously one of the best resort getaways I’ve been to! I love that there was the water park plus the beach option. Live music and the night shows were awesome… very kids friendly! The staff and rooms were great as well… I don’t have one complaint… definitely will be booking there anytime we go to panama city for a getaway.

There is nothing I didn’t like!

This place is great. I traveled with my wife and three kids and we had so much fun. We went before in 2018 and since then they have added a lazy river and this is such a great addition. There is so much to do on the resort, a big pool with a waterfall, smaller warmer pool for kids, adult hot tub and a splash park for kids plus the lazy river. You really don’t have much reason to leave the resort. Good food options too! Easy and quick access to the beach with showers right on the edge to rinse off any sand. Rooms were clean and very cute. We were on the 12th floor and the view was beautiful! We will be back.

The pizza that we ordered from the resort was a little gross, kind burnt and the bottom was hard. We also visited Panama during “bike week” and that was a nightmare but this is no fault of the hotel.

It was clean. The staff was attentive and very nice. The warm towels at the pool were great. The entertainment made it feel like you didn't need to leave, everything was there. The view was excellent! This was our first family vacation in PCB. Everyone enjoyed it and said they would go back.

Nothing! Everything was great. A couple issues that came up that were handled well: The hot tub the first two days of our 6 night stay was not actually hot. We ask a staff member about it. She made a call. About 10 minutes later two gentleman were there checking the water and told us a part had been ordered to correct the problem. Next night it was fixed. Also, one night about 12:30am the fire alarm went off and everyone had to exit the building. Fire dept came and cleared everything. Everyone went back in. Not all issues can be avoided. Overall, great job by the staff!

The location is perfect and the beautiful views of the beach from the rooms are outstanding. The staff are helpful and courteous. They really do a great job of making this place a special experience for their guests.

The only issue we encountered during our stay were the speeds the young lady was driving the golf cart (shuttle). We couldn't believe how fast she was driving the cart loaded down with guests and their belongings around the curve in the tunnel. If you weren't hanging on tight you'd be thrown off. This was not just our experience but other guests we rode with expressed the same thing.

very kid friendly and accommodating

our only upset was at checkout we forgot our child’s 3 cups, small cooler, and ice pack in the fridge. when we went back to retrieve them the staff had already thrown them away and lost them. it was a matter of 30 minutes. We were actually still before checkout time. The cups and cooler were all full and ready to go in the diaper back for our trip home. Needless to say, they only found 1 cup out of all the things and it had been emptied and washed. we understand things like this happen, but we were devastated that it was lost so quickly before it was even officially checkout time.

I loved the activities that went on at the hotel and my baby loved it. You really didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. It’s a nice place to definitely relax as a couple or family trip. Definitely booking to come back in a few months.

Only thing I didn’t like was the parking was so far away from entrance & I only seen one golf cart driving people to and from vehicles but by time you’ll wait to catch one of those, you may as well walk to your car. Seem like they should offer valet for that reason. Oh and the heavy door to enter you room. It’s too heavy for your kid to even open it & better be out the way when it closes!

the cleanliness & viewing the beach

The beach was beautiful. It was well maintained, and it was easy to rent an umbrella and chairs. The bar was my favorite chill spot. The bartenders were nice and the drinks were exceptionally good. The wings and pizza was delicious snacks. I also love the fact that every room come with a balcony that provides an ocean and pool view. You can sit and watch the evening entertainment,, or evening family movie all from the comfort of your balcony while snacking or sipping on a beverage. There is a spa, restaurant, and gym at this location. It's also a kid friendly resort for those that are looking for a family vacation stay. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 6th year anniversary, and we also attended the Sea Breeze Jazz Festival. I also felt safe there.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about this resort. I would most definitely stay here again.

Large room with a good location. Beach is amazing and the pool and lazy river really nice. Super friendly staff. Nice live music in the afternoons.

Overpriced! The breakfast menu is absurd prices for just okay food. (some buffet items were cold!) The drink and food menu at the bar was so expensive - $9 for a draft Stella and $24 for a small grilled chicken salad. Loud music at night when we were trying to sleep. The a/c was very noisy

My kids had the time of their lives! Sun up to sundown fun. No need to leave the resort. From the activities and entertainment they had a BALL!

The room could’ve have been cleaner and we chose a first floor room to have easy access. But our view of the beach was blocked by the withering roof of the poolside grill. We were also suppose to have an Xbox in the room but it had apparently been moved to another room or stolen by previous guest so my son was disappointed to not have that.
