We loved the spacious and clean rooms that had a double security with the locked foyer doors before you got it your locked rooms. The video doorbell was perfect for deliveries. The super large TV in the main room with the super comfy couch was a hit. The tubs were all big and clean and the kitchen was stocked with even a ninja!! We never had to leave the property. We felt safe with the amount of security seen at all times and the food at the H2O grill was delicious! The staff in the market was so helpful and we were so excited to see they had everything we needed for the beach and souvenirs. The Walmart delivery option was a nice extra. The best of all of course was the view from our balcony. Super impressed.

The pool was closed an entire day so we were thankful there were other pools and hot tubs to go to, just felt a little crowded. There weren’t enough seating areas in the afternoon so we brought our own. There was extra long wait times at the elevators. I wish there were notations when leaving the doors toward the beach that notified current flag status.

Plenty of room, pools and spas were awesome. Communication was excellent and maintenance was dispatched for any issues.

The having to buy additional parking pass. Come on! If the condo sleeps 8, one car isn’t going to cut it. Also not being able to check in a bit early despite the room being ready. I also didn’t like the text asking us what time we were leaving. We chose to leave at 5 but we had til 10 right?

Hot tub, easy access to beach, comfy king size bed

Location was great for restaurants. Bonus of 2 bathrooms, especially with 4 females. Fully equipped kitchen was appreciated. Close to emanates. Free parking with a convenient location across the street. Stunning beach view from the balcony. Amazing sunsets. Beach was meticulously maintained and the sand was white and powder soft. Mattresses were very comfortable with the exception of the pull out sofa. We felt that it was a safe area and had no concerns.

This unit was suppose to sleep 6 people. There is no way more than 3 adults could be accommodated for sleeping. This was unfortunate because we really enjoyed the other features of the condo. There were 4 female adults and the condo had 1 king size bed and 1 double bed. We had asked for at least 2 queen size beds. The room with the double bed was unbearable to sleep in as it was so small. We were afraid to move and wake up the person we were sleeping with. We were basically touching each other. Very awkward to say the least. The pull out sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping. The springs were sticking out, even with the mattress cover and the mechanism for pulling and pushing it back in was faulty.

the beds were very uncomfortable and we rented a 4 bedroom that was supposed to have a bunk bed and there was no bunk bed. it was fine for us cuz our youngest kids just shared a queen bed.

The room Clean and very comfortable. The room was very spacious. You did not have to interact with many people which was nice. The entire place was also very clean.

The elevators were extremely slow. We ended up taking the stairs a lot. They also stated there would be a coffee pot and a keurig but they did not have a coffee pot. The roku remote was also so outdated it could not run Hulu on it.

Room was great size for our family of 6. had a great view and the location of the building was great. only complaint if im being nit-picky is the parking is a pretty far walk, but at least its all in air conditioning and luggage carts were readily accessible.

Only items were the fixtures could be updated, some were rusted/peeling. Some of the outlets didnt work, but overall not any issues.

This is the best condo in Panama City Beach. The staff is wonderful. Booking is easy. It is close to everywhere. It is right on the beach and the staff is so kind and takes great care of their guests.

We loved everything about the condo. Nothing to complain about at all. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say. We have stayed here 4 years straight and love it. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

The patio, was awesome! I liked the rules they had in place and how they were enforced because I didn’t want my girl daughters look at women showing their booty.

I didn’t like that the bunk beds were right by the door, I had a hard time sleeping wondering about my kids safety. The bunk beds were lumpy and difficult to seep in.
