It was really fun with plenty to do! The jacuzzi was amazing, the view was amazing, it’s great for family’s with kids. It was clean. You can still swim even if it’s raining, the doughnuts and coffee were also really good! And you get your moneys worth. Would definitely recommend & will be back.

The bucket at the splash pad was intense and really cold. My daughter was terrified to go under it, but other kids enjoyed it & the elevators were a little scary at times. besides that everything was great!

The room and the view was beautiful. We were right by the ocean and the room was beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for tourist attractions, yet, far enough away from the crowd that the time at the beach isn’t crowded. They also had jet skis and paddle boards at the resort!

You can not check into your room until after 4PM. And the resort staff is rarely available to guests at the service desk. The desk is always closed so there was no one to ask questions to directly. Most stuff was straight forward and they gave great detailed instructions for just about everything so this was only a small hiccup at the beginning of the trip. The elevators and other main waiting areas have NO AIR or AIR CIRCULATION. Waiting for the elevator was actually unbearable and the worst part of the trip. I think for this reason alone I would not stay here again.

Several pools so not over crowded and the splash park for kids was a huge bonus.

Every one brings a wagon to the beach it would be nice to have a ramp instead of stairs many people struggled getting wagons up and down the stairs. This condo is geared toward families with small children so I feel this would make the stay even more pleasant! I also heard several dads mention a ramp while helping each other with carrying wagons. Also kids jumping in the lazy river was unpleasant but this is something parents should control.

The location of everything ( restaurants, grocery shopping, souvenir shopping, etc) was perfect. The condo (203E) was clean, the master bed was so comfortable, and the bunk beds were comfortable too. My kids and husband passed out on the couch several times, so it must have been comfortable. I loved the fact that we had a washer and dryer in the condo, very convenient. The sliding door was difficult to open to the patio and at first I was bothered by that, but I liked the fact my kids (4 & 8) weren't able to go out there without us. The beach was right there, so not a long walk. The kids really enjoyed the play area. There were 3 pools so I don't feel like it was ever overcrowded. We will definitely stay here again!

A few extra items in the kitchen would be helpful; such as a toaster, scissors, bottle opener and some oven mitts but wouldn't deter me from not staying. There were only 2 elevators and they weren't very large elevators for that large of a building. You will be charged a 3.5% credit card fee on your last payment which was not explained anywhere on booking.com, so make sure you pay by other means if you want to avoid this.

Room had a busted up tv remote, some holes in the wall and a weird drain plug that made it hard to drain the bath. Also the kid splash pad was ICE cold which sucked because we brought our son for his birthday and he did t even get to play in it

The location was lovely. Our condo was the perfect set up and very comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable.

I wish we would have been informed about the pool closure before we arrived. Also wish the splash pad was heated in some way.

The full size kitchen, washer, and dryer, also the view from the balcony was amazing. The living space was great for my family. The kids loved the beach and the pools. Overall this was a great experience and a great first beach trip for my family.

The pool water for the splash area was FREEZING. The lazy river and swimming pool water was ideal but could have been a bit warmer as well. Several guest also mentioned "Why would you have a splash park that not even the kids can enjoy because of the temperature of the water." Also it is a bit of a haul from the parking garage to the rooms, but they offer luggage carts to carry in luggage or we even used it wheel in groceries and even our kids a few times.

It took us at least a hour to find the room, we asked several staff members to help , finally one lady walked us to our room, to find out numbers where missing on the door number. Also nobody could tell us where the trash shoot was located,
