Clean room with everything read and no need to call for any assistance. Beautiful property, easy parking, Very clean dining areas and lobby. The front desk receptionist ( Carissa, I believe) was super friendly and helped me with some charges that I thought were extra, all the front desk employees are amazing.

Just wish the pool was skimmed and filtered out more. Saw some cups and lots of leaves and rusty areas on the walls. Jacuzzi makes a lot of noise and no actual jets. I would say pool and spa need a tune up. But it was still ok for swimming

I paid 40 extra per night for “breakfast included” and it was a total scam. breakfast IS NOT INCLUDED. they give you a $30 coupon that OF COURSE doesn’t cover a buffet breakfast as offered in the rate. they don’t even let you know this at the time of check in, you just have to find out at the time you are charged during breakfast. if the hotel allows apps to offer its suites and services, then the hotel should assure meeting the conditions

Everything was great. We enjoyed the pool & gym. We got to experience the Friday evening on the plantation walk and saw what the vendor had on displayed. We also enjoyed the Halloween activities. Room comfortable, staff at front desk very accommodating. Starbucks to die for. The bathroom water was just so refreshing. Look forward to our trip in the very near future. Cigar bar on the corner was also a great touch.

I can’t really put my hands on something I didn’t like

The room was a good size. We had a King Suite. It was clean and well organized. The king bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room (A/C, microwave, coffee maker, etc etc). Housekeeping was up to standard. The shower was powerful and hot when required. The front desk staff were very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast was typical of a Florida hotel - not much variety, but the staff in the breakfast room made up for that with their very warm and helpful attitude. Great hotel

The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the extra sitting room separate from the bedroom. We opted out of housekeeping each day and they gave us a $5 gift card each day which we used for coffee at the in house Starbucks each morning which was convenient. It is located in a nice area with nearby places to eat, shop, etc. The lobby was lovely and the staff helpful.

I do not use the elevator and they have no internal stairs to get to your room. This was the first time I experienced this but I found it is not the only place like this in Florida. It was an inconvenience but they were very accommodating at providing security to let me in to the building stairs from the outside.

Breakfast, I got the room with breakfast and they didn't say that we have to ask for a ticket in reception so we ended up paying for breakfast, they say they will fix it and refund us but they didn't.

Liked the fact that you have separation from bedroom to sofa bed with sliding doors. Has 2 tvs and a large bathroom that is accessible from both areas. Rooms were quiet. Beds were great. Good wifi. Restaurants across the street. Drug store 1 block away. Courtesy shuttle available for guests to take you shopping or to nearby eateries. Used shuttle multiple times instead of ubers.

Great location. Beautiful, clean room(King room). Nice lobby. Very nice staff. Modern hotel. Lots to eat in walking distance. (Sushi, Fords Garage, Rock &Brew)

It’s supposed to be a no smoking hotel. Sign every where no smoken/vaping/marijana. Hallway to my room smelled of marijuana. Security guard in lobby just sat in his phone and didn’t check floors.

It's one of my favorite places to stay when visiting the Fort Lauderdale area. I love that all the rooms are suites. Spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Room service food is always delicious. The pool and the hot tub are a must.

Parking can get a little annoying. They converted the area to some sort of a boardwalk and now cars are parked everywhere. There are plenty of spots in the parking garage right accross (still free), I just preferred the way it used to be, the hotel's own parking.

The staff at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I ordered some extra towels with Guest Services and they were there, literally, within 7 minutes of my request.There was a gentleman who bought me some towels, who was very pleasant.

I could have had extra towels in my room. And my view wasn't good at all. I was on the second floor
