Room was bright and clean and good for an overnight stay. Shuttle service to Sanford the next day was very convenient.

Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel was fully booked and there were about 9 tables. People were standing to eat and generally it wasn’t a great experience. This next comment is true of all places we stayed in so it might be a US thing rather than just this property but it was annoying when you aren’t used to it. We booked a room for 5 but we were surprised that the room wasn’t made up for 5 people sleeping. There were two Queen beds and a sofa bed as expected but the bed linen for the sofa bed wasn’t in the room and had to be obtained from reception. With tired kids this is a step I’d preferred to have avoided.

We stay here 3-4 times a year. We always bring friends. We spend Friday night and Uber to alk the craft breweries on Saturday and Uber back. I used your AI chat and inquired about ear plugs and they definitely helped with highway traffic noise. My friends requested extra pillows through AI chat and they were on the bed when we returned around midnight. Thank you for these conveniences.

Very crowded for breakfast. We allowed all of the sports team kids to eat first, then didn't get breakfast. Not even a glass of juice. We grabbed a cup of coffee and drank out by the pool. That was lovely, but when we saw the bulk of the kids driving away and went back in the juice was turned off and nothing but 2 oranges left for Breakfast. Minor, but we had lunch plans at 1pm and we're counting on a couple bites.

The staff was very friendly, greeted us every time they came in contact. The breakfast was actually more than I expected. It was good and there was a lot to choose from. Also the Front desk woman, I believe her name was mayra (I could be wrong) but she was Remarkable! She helped and accommodated us being able to check in early so we could shower and get ready for our event! Kudos to her for her exceptional customer service!!

The mattress could have been a little more comfy but other than that there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Checking front desk staff were off their game last. They just looked and acted uninterested with guests checking in the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast and coffee in the morning is a welcoming and comforting treat for guests. The location is great and conveniently located near Crackle Barrel, Outback, McDonalds, Starbucks and WaWa.

Been staying here the past 2 years, atleast 6 to 8 times a year. It’s starting to be a construction workers and truck driver hotel. The hotel needs to instruct construction workers about quiet time.

Exceptional breakfast with yummy waffles! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and all of the extra perks the hotel had to offer. Complimentary lemon water was my favorite. Fresh fruits and snacks. The pool was nice, and the complimentary towels that you could use at the pool area were a plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had everything we could have needed!!We will return for another stay if we are ever back in the area.

Dont have really any negative comments, but if I had to make a suggestion, maybe a little more variety of breakfast would have been nice. My 3 year old was tired of the same foods on day 3. Overall, they still have a large breakfast it's just the same every day.

One thing I like about Choice hotels are the beds and pillows. Beds are comfortable without being too firm or too soft (I sound like Goldilocks, eh?) and the pillows are soft and luxurious to sleep upon. Rooms are generally very clean, which is a relief to all who travel.

The room was dark in one corner of the room, absolutely no lights there and the charging station in the middle of the beds didn't work as I had my phone charging all night and it was dead, so had to plug it in hurriedly into another electrical outlet to get enough juice before I left.

The hotel's location was very convenient: close to stores, restaurants and the Sanford airport. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice size bathroom. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a microwave and a fridge in the room. The hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of options such as hot dishes, fruit, and dairy.. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall, my experience was very good..

Nothing, the hotel met my expectations.

I found the hotel to be perfect for the cost. The room was clean, the breakfast was kept up and offered quite a bit of variety, the pool area was clean and offered pool toys. I found the note about ear plugs available to be amusing and the virtual assistant text was cute. The beds were clean and comfortable and the toiletries offered were great. Would definitely recommend to others and come back.

I loved how spacious the rooms were and it was a good price. Beds were comfortable.

I was pretty disappointed they refused to replenish the biscuits and gravy at 9am or anything. There were a lot of people trying to eat and they would not bring anything back out once it was gone. I picked this hotel for breakfast and if u have breakfast till 9:30 u need to make sure we have all the items!

The housekeeping personnel were personable, proficient, and professional on my floor. The desk person I met at check-in was also polite, professional, and proficient at her job.

The desk person at checkout, who struck me as a manager was indifferent and seemed focused on other business, which was a bit uncomfortable for me. It seemed she was in a rush and consequently dismissive.
