The location of this wonderful place is perfect! So close to the beach and town that you can easily walk to both. There is a walkway right across the street to take you to the beach. They supply a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler! The unit we had was perfect for our family of eight adults. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Roberto, the property manager, was always around to make sure we were happy with everything! The pool area was very inviting, and the pool was cleaned every day. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We would definitely stay at Ringling Beach House again!

The location is within about 10 minutes walking distance of the beach access and also the downtown area with several shops, bars, and restaurants. The private pool is a huge bonus and there are plenty of beds and space to accommodate large parties. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella provided for use at the beach. The property manager was very responsive. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway to accommodate about 4 full-size vehicles.

The memos we received prior to check in said not to bring a lot and that the house was stocked with lots of commonly used items. However, there was no coffee, shampoo, conditioner, etc. the pantries were fully stocked with plates, dishes, etc but make sure you bring all of your own toiletries. The property manager was very responsive, however, we had to text for towels, toilet paper, and coffee as these items were not in the house when we arrived. We never did get the coffee, even though they supply a keurig and regular coffee pot. Also, the hot tub never got hot and essentially stayed the exact temperature of the pool.

We had a 2 night stay, fantastic time. Great communication from Roberto (manager). We cooked at the property which was adequately equipped as well as eating out at The Cottage in the village (would highly recommend). We enjoyed the pool which was very clean on an evening. The Beach House is close to everything and within pleasant walking distance of the village. The beach is right across the street and is the best beach we have ever been to. A beach trolley is available as well as chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Adequate and easy parking right outside. Having read reviews prior to staying my advice would be it is not a 4* resort. If you consider the Beach House for what it is, a house separated into apartments, I think you will be pleased. We would certainly recommend and our only regret is we weren’t there for longer!

The place was great! Roberto was friendly and assisted us with check-in. I liked the convenience of walking to the beach. This area of the island is a prime spot: the beach is beautiful and not so crowded, the restaurants and shops are nearby. The amenities were nice and clean. The place is family friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans for cooking, new appliances, dish soap and dishwasher pods. We're very happy with the overall experience.

The blinds were dusty and I don't like the carpet, but that's just personal preference due to allergies.

Excellent location just across the road from the beach and a short walk from the village. The pool and pool area with sunbeds and tables were also a great bonus, as were the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. The beds were clean and comfy and management was able to get us a pack-n-play for our baby. The A/C was great and the wifi was fast. Management was prompt and friendly with answering any issues.

The apartment wasn't the cleanest (especially the bathroom) and it was a little tight for 3 adults and a baby but it was fine for us as we were mostly spending our time outdoors.

Location, location, location! Very close to beach access. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Parking was great. We very much appreciated the freshwater shower for an after-beach rinse and all of the beach gear. Well planned! Room was overall clean, with plenty of amenities. HVAC worked well.

The smell of the trash containers was a bit gross, especially being near the beach wagons, umbrellas, chairs, etc. One of the single beds had sugar stuck to the sheets. Also, there was black hair on a pillow case, and there were stains (blood maybe) on the sheet(s). The neighbor property (to the east) partied like rockstars almost every night past quiet hours. We like partying too, but nothing good happens past 1AM…

Roberto the host was extremely nice and kind. When we got to the place in the late after noon we realized the beach house given could not accommodate the five of us. When I reported that to Roberto he suggested to upgrade us to a villa with a private pool in the complex. Eventually we stayed in the villa for the duration of our stay (2 nights). The villa was wonderful. Great facilities including stuff for the beach, very nice pool, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix and an equipped kitchen. Thanks Roberto for making sure our stay will be an unforgettable one!!

The location is walking distance to the center of Siesta Key so a car was not necessary. There is also a free shuttle that runs to the other end of Siesta Key where there are additional restaurants and bars. The beach access is across the street and our apartment included all of the beach essentials for 4: towels, chairs, wagon and umbrella. The twin beds were new and the beds were comfortable.

Our family of 4 unfortunately stayed during the winter storm Elliot with really cold temperatures so we not only had to put on the heater and ask for blankets, we were in close company for the Christmas holiday. 😳 Not what we expected and had I known, I would have booked a bigger apartment for our family of 4 adults. We booked the Ringmaster. Roberto the property manager is very kind and helpful. The pool and surroundings are clean, the apartment had basic kitchen essentials and the couch was a pull-out that was new too. For our family of 4, an additional chair in the living area would have been helpful. We used a chair from the pool during our stay since we spent Christmas Day in the room.

Location is KEY here at Ringling. Direct access to Siesta Key beach and a 5 minute walk into town. Love this low rise section of Siesta Key. Easy parking if you have a car.

I did not like how dark the living room of Elephant suite was. We happened to visit during a cold spell and were in the living room more than I would have liked. The room is VERY dark and very little natural light. If I stayed here again, I would stay in a 2nd floor unit, as I prefer to have bright natural light on vacation. Also, it would be helpful if the kitchen/unit were stocked with some cleaning solution and paper towels, as well as few extra rolls of toilet paper. Other than that...all was great.

Old air conditioners were effective but noisy. Kitchen had only one dull butter knife. We didn’t cook or really use the kitchen, but it would have been an issue if we had wanted to. I needed to cut a lime for a drink and had to use my pocket knife. However, the host (Roberto) was very responsive for other questions, so I’m sure it would have been quickly resolved had we informed him.
