Very nice historical building. The interior of the Hotel is super charming and the rooms, even though are in an old building, are nicely decored in modern style. Comfortable bed and right size room for two people. Super nice staff at reception, very kind and they provided with lots of information and foc water. The bar of the Hotel is super nice and very good for having breakfast in the morning. Great location to walk around St Petersburg. Just outside the hotel there is the bus stop of the looper (the foc public trolley) which can be used to move around the city. The car can be conveniently parked in the area next to the hotel.

A bit too little bathroom.

Property was cute. Staff was great and super accommodating when they could. Bar/ restaurant always had a lively atmosphere. The room was small but the perfect size for me as a solo traveler. My floor had a common area if you wanted to sit on the couch and just hang out.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it definitely did its job. My only real complaint about the room was the TV was off center from the bed. The parking situation, especially on the weekend, was a mess. There aren't enough spots for both hotels in the lot. I only encountered this on the weekend though, the weekdays were fine

Our family traveled to St. Petersburg, Fl for 4 days over Christmas weekend. We had requested rooms beside one another and overlooking the pool area. Our requests were met perfectly. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating!! I have stayed in many 5-star hotels and this staff rivals those! The Tap Room was open on Christmas Day and we enjoyed Christmas dinner there, as well as breakfast every day. The food was excellent, the portions generous, and the pricing affordable. The hotel location is great! Plenty of parking, accessible to everything and the overall vibe was fantastic!! I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a place with the personality of an older, renovated hotel in a cool part of town!

The only thing I would change, is that the bathrooms are very small. A tub-shower combination, toilet, and sink with small cabinet underneath. A little difficult to do hair and make-up. That said, the hotel is circa 1933, and in order to change the bathrooms, you would have to completely gut the hotel and re-work the space. If that was done, a lot of the charm of an older building would be lost.

Been staying here over the last 4 yrs 12 different times. Stay vacation. Been great

Sunday night is trivia night 6pm-8pm. We wanted to grab a early dinner. Something quick between 4:30pm. The dinning room area around 14 tables all were reserved for the game night. A couple families tables had some open spots. We were offered outside table with a 110’ heat wave. No thank you can we sit at the end of the table we just want to eat something light and we will be done by 6pm. No they said and I was done with the fact I was a paying guest for the night. We ordered 2 appetizers and took it to our room. As we were leaving though the restaurant a man was sitting at the end of the table where we asked about. I heard him get up and they let him sit down. I usually spend money in their cafe on coffee and dessert but after that I was done.

This boutique hotel has a quirky, fun vibe but was also very comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was a very good size. The a/c worked well. It was all very clean even though the building is older. It was a great mix of traditional Florida vibes with modern updates. The bathroom was small but it all worked find. The desk was good sized, which I needed. The bed was VERY comfortable. I appreciated that there's a restaurant on site. Also, bottled water was offered upon arrival, which is a nice touch in the FL heat. I didn't use the pool but some local friends told me it's a great, popular spot. The location is great and it's easy to walk to all the sites, restaurants, etc in downtown St. Pete.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like!

We loved the decor when you first walk in. It has a modern feel but at same time, you see and feel the hotel has history. We could see the restaurant right as we came in too. It looked nice. The man that checked us in (Chris) was very nice and welcoming. I’ve stayed at hotels and you can just tell they hate their jobs. I don’t like that. One thing about me, I’m gonna clean and sanitize my room when I get there. I’ve been that way since pre-Covid. Our room was so clean and cute. We felt so comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome too. We had plans to eat dinner at the pier, but chose to eat at The Tap Room inside hotel instead. We made the right decision. Food was great, service was excellent (so mad I forgot her name, but it started with a K or C I believe, dark hair, long ponytail and tats), and we got slices of cakes to take to our room. They were awesome! We didn’t tell anyone but it was our 8 year anniversary and one week before getting married. We wanted a special trip away beforehand and HH was part of that. We talked while still there, that HH will be our place from here on out and have our friends join us at times. We didn’t take advantage of the pool but it’s nice.

Wish the elevator was bigger but it’s an older but kept up very well hotel. Only other thing, was I did not like that we could not plug our phone chargers next to the bed. Wish there was a way to fix that.

Room was small but we knew it was an older hotel but it was clean and comfortable. It’s a boutique hotel and I enjoyed the ambiance. It was eclectic but very nice. The location was great if you’re willing to walk a little and there are buses and shuttles available to help get you to farther locations. The Pier and museums are within walking distance if you’re up for a short hike. We walked everywhere and there was some construction going on in the area but that’s not the hotels fault and it didn’t effect our stay. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and a cocktail at the bar for happy hour. If you just wanted to go somewhere and relax by the pool and not wander anywhere this place would be great too. Food and staff were great.

It wasn’t an issue for us but the hotel is in an older building and the elevator was small. We really only used it checking in and out to get our luggage up and down instead of carrying the luggage on the stairs. I never saw anyone waiting for the elevator so it was not a problem.

Wow. wow. wow. What a very chic and lovable place to stay. I’ve always seen this place and have always wanted to stay there for decades. I finally did and I will be back again. The vintage and historical vibes are beyond belief. The way the floors and stairs creak so elegantly really takes you back in time. Even though the rooms are a small square footage, they are set up nicely and it didn’t even affect our stay. The restaurant downstairs was superb. There are lots of photos and items to look at throughout the hotel. Parking was plentiful onsite. The elevator didn’t freak us out. Bed was great. Shower was nice.

Pool was super packed. but not a deal breaker.

For a girls trip, our stay was short but provided everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Free parking was very appreciated and the pool area was very fun. We were able to enjoy bunch at the attached restaurant which was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel has a few nice places to lounge and have a glass of wine with friends in the evening. Location outstanding. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Nothing to mention -- the hotel, staff and location was fantastic and exceeded expectations.

The hotel itself is very nice. When you walk in the front door it's like walking back in time. There are old original hardwood floors throughout the building. In the front lobby there are numerous historical pictures hanging on the walls. The lobby also has a really nice sitting area with a fireplace. The bar decor and front veranda continue the walking back in time feel that the rest of the hotel brings. The beds are incredibly comfy!

The parking is atrocious! The bar seems to be a hotspot for the locals, so the parking goes quick on Friday nights. The hotel gives you a paper to put in your car window to signify your a guest at the hotel. Unfortunately I don't think they enforce the rules on Friday nights. If you stay on the upper floors of the hotel make sure you request a room that isn't in the front of the hotel and above the veranda, trust me you'll get no sleep until after 2am!
