Everything was great. The room was bigger than we imagined. The staff was great especially Jonathan. On a side note my 5 year old started swimming in the pool without his swim vest because the pools shallow end is the perfect height and he felt so comfortable in it. Also, we loved the breakfast especially him.

There wasn’t anything negative really to say. The only thing my daughter said was that she wished there was more of a variety for breakfast or that you offer some fruit cups because some days the breakfast was too heavy.

The room was amazing and so much space! I loved that I had a whole fridge and did not have to keep bending over almost to the floor to get my seltzer like you do with those mini fridges in other hotels. The extra lock on the door also helped with security which is a nice bonus.

They provide shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner for hair. I did not realize this and it was disappointed to find out once I got into the shower. The ice bucket was super heavy empty, so once filled I needed both hands to carry it back to the room. Also, for a hot breakfast there was only one option, and that was biscuits and gravy, which I do not eat. Other hotels have eggs and sausage or bacon as options as well as biscuits and gravy.

The room and facility and the gym were very clean and up to date. Every staff interaction was very pleasant and they were very willing to help. The cleaning staff was on point and very good.

If i had one thing to say is I wish the fan in the room would run constantly. Having tinnitus and the room being dead quite, I needed something. But the place was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and kind! Room was very clean. Hotel with good breakfast! We used your hotel because we were in town for a family emergency. We had to extend our stay 3 different times and stayed for a total of 8 days. Staff was wonderful and understanding and made it work for us to stay extra days and not change rooms! Also, your maintenance man is the hardest working person you have. Watching him clean around the pool area and outside grounds. I don’t think he ever rest! He takes wonderful care of your building and grounds!

Can’t think of one thing! Everything was cozy and clean Staff was outstanding.

Fantastic place to stay, great room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, plenty of large pillows and quality bedding. Thanks to John at the front desk, really helpful and welcoming, a true asset to the hotel team.

Only one thing to comment on would be the hot breakfast option, cheese and ham croissants etc Seemingly they are made in one or two large batches and go hard when left in the warmer. Perhaps consider making a number of small batches when they are required.

Good location, good option for breakfast. Pull out sofa bed for the kids was in decent shape and the mattress wasn’t terrible for what it was. Nice kitchenette to wash out our water bottles from our drive. Loved the counter space so everything could be off the ground. Shower was a nice walk in.

It was fine. Breakfast sandwiches were hockey pucks.

we absolutely loved everything. The staff were friendly and the room was extremely lovely. The entire hotel was so extremely clean.

When we checked in we couldn’t find anyone. I checked in threw the mobil app and was having an issue with my digital card another guest had to let us in the hotel and we couldn’t find any staff to get a plastic key card luckily after and little while my digital card started working.

I loved everything about the hotel.The rooms were amazing.The staff was very friendly.It was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was great. Oh the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. It's my new go to hotel. Thank you Hilton!

That I hadn't found this place sooner.

The breakfast was great but it would have been nice to have the option of an eggs sandwich with no cheese. Although the staff was nice enough to remove the cheese from 2 sandwiches for the next morning.

The pool towels could have been a little bigger.
