Overall our stay was wonderful we were there for my Mom and Baby Brother's Memorial Service. So it was a great place and I am coming back to stay again this week from Thursday - Sunday for fun with some friends my pets and my husband..

There was nothing that I didn't like no pool but that was okay there was a gym.❤️

I didn’t realize that as an extended stay whereby we had to purchase, sign out or bring our own personal Items. It’s actually not like the usual places with kitchens whereby everything is in the room like pots, coffee maker, utensils, etc., complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner. I was educated and advised I would have to go to the desk to request items and sign out for them. The coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work, the front desk on the weekends closes at 4 pm but there is a phone to call someone on the premises if you need something. There is a security door before you enter the area of the rooms and elevator and you have to use your key card they do have a small gym and vending machines. The beds are not typical Hotel beds but I was comfortable. There are no king beds if I am not mistaken only queen. Mary at the desk did address all our issues since we were told the hotel Was not opened yet about 24 hrs before I left to drive there they booked us at the hotel TruHilton across the street. However on the day of arrival Tru advised me that we were sent back to WoodSpring but no one told us. I confirmed either the woodspring hotel who confirmed they received approval to Open late Saturday evening. Our experience was not pleasant at all but on my day of departure Mary did follow through on what I was promised that being the first night being paid by the hotel for all The issues and unfortunate experiences and lack of communication as well as my name being incorrect in the system So if you plan on staying long term the cost is much more reasonable then the hotels and you are close to Everything you need Thank you Mary for hearing me and understanding what transpired and making good on what I was told regarding addressing all these reservations issues.
