We had to evacuate during Hurricane Ian and chose to stay at the A/C Hotel to ride out the storm. The staff (especially Sylvana and assistant general manager Amy!) was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner during the storm. The room was clean and spacious. The management let the staff and their families stay at the hotel and accepted pets. We really appreciated their generosity and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and comfortable. Thank you again for everything!

Absolutely love the location. Staff is super friendly and the hotel smells amazing. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. My go-to escape from reality. The pool was so nice and warm and the fire place area is awesome.

This was my third stay and the only stay where the shower essentials (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) weren't restocked. When the sun was shinning in we noticed the comforter was notably dirty...strange because again this was my third stay and the other 2 where excellent and we had 0 complaints. Perhaps it's just the times and possible lack of cleaning staff.

From stunning entrance to our room everything was beautiful maintained and updated. I have no real complaints. Definitely will be staying again.

Only issue was the lack of shower door. I understand the look they were going for but it just made a terrible mess of water all over the bathroom floor. We had to unnecessarily lay towels down in order not to slip.

The FREE shuttle from the airport was fantastic: Rod is super friendly & a great driver; even though his favorite football team is atypical for a Tampa resident! The desk staff is also very helpful and courteous. Room was spacious, clean & quiet. Location was nice for walking to nearby restaurants.

Breakfast was OK but could have been a little less expensive.

The location was poor. It was advertised as the tampa airport Marriott hotel so I assumed it was the Marriott hotel actually in the airport. WRONG. We had to get a shuttle bus to the hotel. This was not made clear on your website

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and professional. This was our second visit at this hotel. We will go back.

We got to the hotel around 2:30. We requested early check in. We booked a king bed room and was told it would not be available until 4 or so. They offered us a double queen room that was available at that time. That was the only downside of our visit

I loved everything about this hotel. Check-in and check-out was about 2 mins, parking is very close. The hotel, common areas, elevators, rooms, etc…were extremely clean and our room was SPOTLESS and smelled nice. It’s also walking distance from great restaurants including Texas de Brazil which was also a great experience. Other restaurants and a mall are a quick car ride, maybe 4-5 mins. Staff was incredibly friendly, housekeeping came everyday (remember to tip housekeeping :) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This will be my new go to hotel when in Tampa 💜

no microwave in the room, there is no power outlet near coffee machine so you have to take coffee machine to a different location just to use.

I stayed 6 nights with my cat and really loved everything about hotel.it is so clean ,location is good breakfast is perfect,everyone was very friendly, helpfull and always smiling, I felt like a home ,thank you so much,definetely recommend to everybody !
