Quick Checkin. It was the Monday after Mother's Day Less than half occuppied. Breakfast was a nice experience, clean, well kept dining area, and well stocked all the time. Cleansiness, of hotel and rooms.

Receptionist greeting at checkin. Did not really welcome you. Id/cc was first words, especially when you are already pre=booked.

The breakfast was amazing. There were at least 4 hot items. They had an automatic pancake maker which made hot fresh pancakes in about one minute. They also had yogurt, milk, oatmeal and cereals and more. It was definitely a highlight of the trip.

Service from front desk was not up to their high standards. I arrived for checkin at 3pm but the room was not ready. At approximately 3:20, I went back in to check on the status and the staff member stated they tried to call me but no call was made (verified my phone). A few minutes later, we had a backup in our toilet but it took about 15-20 minutes to get some one to help fix the problem.

room 101 was very nice and breakfast was very nice. Thanks to The Front Desk Staff for helping me with the room ‘lock-up safe’ 🙂 and to house keeping for lending me a wine cork screw. My sister and I spent a lot of wonderful time relaxing and entertaining family poolside and I used the treadmill in the exercise room to stay fit.

I live in Chicago so I cannot complain about airplane traffic overhead. I guess I’m use to it. 🤣 and I found room 101 to be satisfactory and well insulated from outside noise.

Easy & quick check-in. Room and hotel were really clean. Shower head was amazing. Location was good for our needs. Comfortable beds and quiet hallways made for a good sleep. Continental breakfast was typical, but had good choices and food was decent. Would recommend.

Needed a blanket for sofa bed and we had to go to the front desk to get it (rather than someone bringing it to us). I found it to be a bit pricey, but not enough to prevent me from coming back.

The hotel was nice and clean. Front desk staff was amazing 👏 very attentive, breakfast was ok. As well.

I checked out a day early due to a family emergency but my card was charged double the amount and I have not still received a refund ,even after I spoke to a older lady that told me it would falll off withing 5-7 business days. Im still waiting and can't seem to get a hold of a manger. Someone please look into this matter please. Thank you !

A man knocked on the door and I told him to hold on but he just went ahead and opened the door...he had us on a list for checking out that day...I said no we don't leave until Sunday...I'm glad nobody was indecent when he just opened the door without waiting! He apologized over and over, and I know it wasn't his fault for getting the wrong info...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a bench where you could set your stuff on or sit to put your shoes on. I did not realize this was an option. If I knew this I would have made sure I booked a room with this feature. Now I am spoiled.

The shower leaked on the floor when in use. This may bee a falling hazard. The bed outlet closest to the bathroom did not work (room 422),

The facility we clean, beautiful and perfect for what we needed. It was 5 minutes from our business meeting. The breakfast was great . The gym was small but all I needed to workout while away . When we first go there the first receptionist was so sweet . She has had allergies and apologized for having them . She always said good morning everyday, and paid us a compliment .

As mentioned above the first receptionist was amazing. There was a night receptionist that was younger and she couldn’t be bothered by us. When we asked where the bathroom room she didn’t even look up and just pointed where it was . The following day we asked if there was a hot tub and again she barely looked away from what she was doing. I’m thinking she was on her cell phone and she just said “nope “ I work in customer service and I believe she may just need some training . I’m not one to complain but this is more for your awarness .

All the products offered were what my wife and I need to have an excellent breakfast. The biscuits could'nt be better,the milk was delicious and cold just to mention a couple things. Also the chairs were very confortable,the tables were clean and the lady in charge makes a great job.

What I didn't like was the safe box, because it was on the floor inside of a dark closet almost imposible to use it.

I left before breakfast. Loved the quick drive to Tampa airport! My only negative was carpeting, not as clean as expected for the nice quality of the room. Bathroom, nice fixtures, very clean. Bedding was soft and snow white. Great, practical furnishings. Close to decent restaurants. Try Pal Campo.
