We had an overnight stay before we flew home to the UK from Tampa after travelling around for about a month. The hotel was perfectly located. On arrival the receptionist was brilliant. Our room wasn't ready but we were early. We were checked in ahead of time thanks to all the staff. The room was spacious and clean. We dined out at the Bahama Breeze restaurant which is a two minute stroll. You could drive out to Tampa or Clearwater. We had a very comfortable night and asked for a late check out. It was busy but the receptionist did her best to accommodate us once again. Breakfast is a complimentary continental style and was very nice and plentiful. This hotel is ideally located for cruise ships leaving Tampa or the Airport. Very good indeed and excellent staff especially the receptionist.

We didn't use the pool but there was one but it is small with no shade.

easy to check in, 9/10 on cleanliness, good breakfast in the morning, had everything we needed. loved the standup shower as opposed to a tub. tbh eye also let us check out a little late which was nice.

9/10 on cleanliness, only thing I noticed was some sort of food crumbs on a towel bar on the bathroom counter that seemed to have gotten missed but everything else was pretty much spotless. carpets in the hallways probably need replaced but that doesn’t really affect my stay so doesn’t matter overall. the sliding barn door style of the bathroom/closet (if one was open, the other was closed) made for a lack of privacy in the bathroom (playing music so as not to hear everything) and made packing up in the morning a little slower because of trying to use both spaces. AC didn’t cool the room quite as well as we like but for a one night stay not a huge deal.

Clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Changed my room to a higher floor on the 2nd night after I requested it.

The only negatives were minor. Deadbolt inside the room was broken (I should've said something to the staff about this but I forgot). Did not have separate bins for recycling. Extremely poor ventilation and climate control in the Men's restroom in the lobby area.

The property was clean and well kept. The night desk clerk was exceptionally polite, helpful, and kind.

There were no places to eat or recreation near by. The day shift workers were not friendly or professional. The general manager was rude and didn’t show good customer service behavior when a change of plans occurred.

The breakfast was great and had lots of options. Also, appreciated the seating for the breakfast, lots of areas and comfortable seating. The staff was great at texting throughout the visit to ensure everything was going well.

When entering the building from the side, the floor was always dirty. Liked the slider/barn door style for the bathroom, however, it was heavy to open and close and often got stuck

The breakfast was better than expected with alot of different choices and kept adding and never ran out.Rhe ladies were very nice and friendly.Its right next to Bahama Breeze which we ate 3 meals from and was very good wirh a view of the water.

My only complaints would be the air conditioner was making a squeeky noise all night and it would have been nice to have a view of the water.

The breakfast looked great, but we ate out by plan. The location was central to our needs.

The bed was very used on one side, soft, and unused on the other. The mattress had obviously not been flipped for along time. The TV/cable format was not intuitive an there was no information in the room and the evening desk staff had no idea how the tv and/or channel selection and menu worked.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The day we arrived there was one person on duty and she was outstanding in handling everyone's requests

The area is over built. Hotels practically touching each other. The hotel is nice but a mix. It's like it was half rehabbed. Hallway and elevator carpets dirty and looked old but room fresh and new. The breakfast space is small when everyone was hitting at the same time

The photos we saw on booking.com showed that it was overlooking the water was overlooking the water but it was not and it was construction going on Construction going on next-door which we didn’t know about

The location, staff, the free breakfast and the bed was so comfortable too. The room was really clean and smelled good.

The pool was more like a kiddie pool. I feet like no more thank one couple could be there at a time. Also the construction next door was really a downfall to hear on your vacation. I know you have no control over that but least worn ppl upon booking or automatically put them on the other side of the building.
