Everything very nice please make you feel at home kid friendly good breakfast good location very clean. The stairs are very nice. It’s a 10 out of 10.

Outside the potholes I did catch a flat tire, but I know that’s the city problem but all in all very good place to stay I love everything about the hotel. Not really have nothing bad to say about it all and I’ll 10 out of 10 Very Good Pl. and location.

Everything was pleasant and comfortable.

My room 129 was unsecured the whole time while there. The door didn't lock, you could push ot with your hand. I explained this to receptionist behind counter.

Clean room with a very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly.

There was no hand soap in the room by the sinks, we had to use the body wash from the shower. The breakfast was ok but could have been better. There was no ice water available.

Property was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to concert venue in a quiet area (weekend).

We had some issues with room keys upon checking in. Maintenance came promptly to reprogram the door, but could not fix issue. We were running late to our concert so asked to be put in another room - which was done right away! We didn’t have any TP in the room and the TP holder in the bathroom was broken. We asked for TP, but didn’t receive any until the next morning! Thank goodness for an ample supply of tissues! Lol! Overall, a great stay. Just a few snafus!

I love the bedroom separate from the living area and the fact that it had a kitchen. Also loved the location and how it was tucked back in the trees.

The adjoining room next to me was where I could here their tv, their conversation. Also you could tell there no one had vacuumed the room or at least the living room area because there were crumbs from prior to us being there in the floor.

that is was very close to our conference event. it was clean and neat.

you couldn’t adjust the air in the rooms. the temps were set by the hotel and rooms got muggy. Also the hallways were warm and muggy.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice pool area, and what a great breakfast in the morning! I would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again!

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The hotel was super clean, you could smell the cleanliness of it! There’s also complimentary dinner on Monday-Wednesday which was a bonus!

The hotel is older, and the pool was chilly. But it has been updated and was very clean.

Everything was great. The staff was excellent as usual the atmosphere was great no issues that weren't solved
