The beds were super comfortable! most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel!

The check in time. 4 o’clock is just so late but they did say I could call the day of and see if I could check in early. unfortunately called an hour before and they said they couldn’t as all rooms were booked. But at least they offered and checked to see. The shower curtain. It blows into the shower and sticks on you and if you put it out of the tube then the floor gets wet. very odd and uncomfortable having a shower curtain stick to you and who knows how many other people.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff on 3rd floor was friendly.

What I did not like was that 1) that staff told me on phone prior to arrival that hotel had generator back-up which it does not have. 2) staff also told me that only 1st and 2nd floor allowed pets so I chose the 3rd floor because I did not want to be on a pet floor. Then I saw people with pets checking into 3rd floor rooms. I was disappointed that staff misinformed me about 2 issues that were important to me. Also refrigerator was defect. It turned everything I put in the fridge to ice. Probably needs adjustment or repair.

Room/bathroom was clean and comfortable, bed was also clean and comfortable. Good location to get to downtown Tampa, also far away enough to have quiet. Restaurants and highways very close by. Staff was professional and courteous. Hot Breakfast was great, lots of variety. Pool was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies and ice cream in the evenings.

The property was extremely clean! The front staff especially Brianna and I believe (Joanna? she was blonde) were incredible! Really convenient to Brandon malls and food. Pricing was great too! Highly recommend and we will stay here again very very soon!

The only “odd” thing, breakfast was good but both days they were out of forks and bowls.

I stated earlier In the surveys that I was very traumatized due to that I did not request a handicap room and I was I was not able to take a shower I was hospitalized for a very long time due to a severe illness!! And I’m recently being able to recuperate it was my first time actually out and about in over a year so I really wanted to have a nice day and basically a traumatized me a bit! I was not able to call the front desk and change my room due to that I had a very long trip and I was extremely tired

Room and whole facility was extremely clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Shopping & lots of restaurants close by.

Only issue I had was wifi connection. I was unable to connect to hotel's wifi at all, kept getting error message. Due to Covid, there isn't house keeping service for stay less than 5 nights but it wasn't much a problem as you can request anything you need and they will deliver to your room. Staff collects used towels, beddings & trash bags when you leave it out the room door.

Room was very clean. An excellent breakfast. Very courteous staff.

I was so disappointed when I got to my car the next morning. The car was cover with a yellow film and had lots of leaves from the trees on the property. So expect to paid for a car wash on top of the cost.

staff is very friendly, breakfast was included and every day between 6-8pm there was either a cookie or ice cream.

Room was a bit damp because of the rain. AC could not get the humidity down.

It has been a long time since we stayed at a hotel that properly maintained their property! Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Brandon and would stay there again!

The bed, the room was clean.

The front desk was unstaffed formover 40 minutes upon arrival. No sugn to even tell us that there were returning soon. That's a big no no in a business... never leave the desk unattended. They did.
