The very minute we walked in my wife and I were very impress with the look of the lobby. It was so beautiful, clean, and very much looked like a 5 star hotel. The people who work there are very efficient, friendly, helpful, and professional. Hector greeted us every day for breakfast, which was very good. Your pool area is big and beautiful . The beds in the room are so comfortable, plus the bathroom is very spacious. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was too short. If you had a bar area to have a few drinks that would have been awesome.

Lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays, check in was easy and staff was very friendly, luggage cart was easy to find. Room had two chairs for seating. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was supplied with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and Hector was very helpful and attentive. He told us about his dogs and seemed genuinely happy to be there. He was the highlight of our stay. Thank you for employing such great people as Hector.

Toilet seat was a little lower than normal and bathtub was slippery but had a hand rail.

The cleanliness and hygiene are very important, not only in your room but in the place where you are dining. A good hotel always takes care of such petty things as these are the small, little things that help in making your name in the industry and win the trust of your guests.

It's clean, quiet, well located for our work. The staff is exceptional!

I like protein in the morning, but am not a fan biscuits and gravy. Everything is expensive. (But, this place is worth it.)

We needed a handicap room for my daughter I an electric wheelchair. Not enough room for her. She wasn’t able to get into the bathroom

Not favorable. Not enough choices.

Pillows very uncomfortable. Cable TV went out too often. Commode in Bathroom too low. Housekeeping did not do room or leave towels. Had to complain two days in a row.

IIt was clean, staff excellent, continental breakfast was yummiest, coffee available, pool was cleaned and warm.

Wish the pool hours were longer but I understand to nation wide shortage on workers.

Only problem was the water pressure was low, in the shower. And the people who ate outside, on the pool tables, did not clean the tables off when they were done eating. And people smoking in non- smoking areas, when the Hotel did have a smoking area.

Breakfast was great, the location was great, the amenities were wonderful and the staff was friendly.

Pillows and beds could have been better.

The whole experience was wonderful at a reasonable price. The staff was welcoming, knowable and helpful. The Breakfeast staff were more than accommodating and fun.

That we could not stay longer due to our travel plans.
