Breakfast was good, but what it made it better was your EXCELLENT Staff...both Marsha and Bob couldn't be better and they are the main reasons we'll be happy to stay there again! The young lady that cleaned our room was just lovely and the room sparkled each day, when she was finished..

The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for emergency repairs. I'm sorry, there was nothing else to find fault with.

The only reason I gave 9 out of 10 is because the coffee bar needed restocked with stirs and supplies (I love coffee and I had to use my toothbrush to stir) but EVERYTHING else was great! I had great shuttle service from I believe his name was Russell after a mixup with another Double Tree. The meal my daughter and I had in the restaurant was tasty at a great price and portion. The pool was very warm and not too crowded. We had a beautiful view of the garden and quick access to parking, pool and restaurant. I meant to try the fitness center but ran out of time. This was very close to my friend's house and shopping so I would certainly stay here again. Not to mention it was very convenient to have a CVS and gas station right there next to the parking lot! Staff was very friendly.

Location and Breakfast was great. Robert at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We had a sick family member in one of our rooms.

In the room with the roll in shower the drainage was very poor. We had to put towels on the floor to soak up all the water! And then ask for more towels. It was not good for someone with mobility issues to deal with a flooded bathroom. She could have fallen in that bathroom. I was there to help clean it up for her thank goodness.

Excellent! Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Very helpful and kind customer service! Nice pool and hot tub. Great location with CVS within walking distance through parking lot. Supermarket right across street. Convenient shuttle service to and from airport. Bonus Hilton rewards room in lobby with drinks, snacks, and fruit.

the location of hotel is great a mall with many restaurants within walking distance cvs nearby open 24 hours loved the terrace overlooking the pool very nice room size all and all very comfertable

they charged resort fee without letting anyone know until my card was charged and I called about it when I checked out they gave me a receipt that said I was paid in full. when I checked in I had to put a deposit down and they used that credit card to charge the resort fee. no one explained the resort fee. will not stay there again!!!!

the receptionist who checked us in ( i forgot her name) was very cheerful, helpful and assisted us very professionally. The waiter at restaurant also was also very charming and attentive.

the location was great for us and the bed was comfortable

only complaint is that they parking lot was being redone and most of the parking lot was closed off. But seeing as how we stay here quite a bit when we come in town, it’s definitely welcome

I didn't like how far my room was and I was asked to come grab extra towels and rags and their were no rags. I asked for room cleaning in between my stay and it never happened. tranches should be a discount if yall under staff and can't accommodate guest requests.

Our room was a decent size. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. All around, great place and would definitely stay again.

Parking was difficult after 5- no spaces anywhere. The mini fridge didn’t seem to ever get really cold- but that could of been an operator error.
