I love all the places to mingle and enjoy company in the lobby and lounge area

my door lock kept malfunctioning and had to wait for maintenance after going back up and down for new keys and resetting my app. called down for towels and was told they would bring them up and never did.

Management always make us feel very welcomed! Alex at the front desk always provides exceptional customer assistance! We have been coming to this Hilton since it reopened and love it! Thank you to all of the staff for the exceptional service that is always provided including dining facilities and most of all housekeeping!

We wish the Pool Tiki Bar would be opened and provided appetizers. Such a cute space not being used.

The staff was attentive and quick. The location is nice and secluded from the hustle of Atlanta. The atmosphere was pleasant. The rooms were luxury. The Crabtree and Evelyn bath products were wonderful.

The pool is a touch small for the hotel.

I was upgraded to the executive level and granted access to the executive lounge that provided free breakfast and finger food in the evenings. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower jets from the shower head was very low pressure and so it took forever for me to wash my long hair. So if you are rushing for time, you can forget about taking a quick shower,

Great atmosphere and layout. Our baseball families loved all of the sitting areas in the lobby and surrounding areas. Only fault was the dampness of everything (clothe, etc in room). Know it was from humidity, but tough. Wish there had been washer/dryers available for guests to use.

Everything about this hotel was top knotch! Upon arrival we were greeted by the young man at the front desk, Jay. He was so nice and helpful and made a great impression on me! The most important thing to me when I travel is the cleanliness of the hotel and guests rooms and I was not disappointed! Everything was cleaned as if I had cleaned it myself, and the room was very modern and spacious! The location was perfectly located near the highway but you can’t tell because it’s so quiet! There was a nice bar in the hotel but there are also so many places to eat and shop just down the street from the hotel!

My stay was great. I stayed here there September 4-6 for a staycation. The property is beautiful. The customer service was A1. Renee and John at the front desk were very helpful and patient with my whole check in process due to a little discrepancy in my reservation. Their customer service was great. Desiree the bartender I love her she made my drinks perfectly. She had great customer service and very attentive. I will definitely make this my monthly stay for my staycation getaway.

It wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

everything! but, the mattress. Change to more comfortable mattresses and this place would be a 10

mattress/bed was too firm and didn’t sleep well. Otherwise. it was incredible. very clean, spacious, beautiful and fantastic location.

Very comfortable bed, loved the tub and shower in the larger suite room we got. Conference room sized dining table with great view, all windows and walk out patio was very nice. Wonderful location with a small walking park right outside.

Although we got the biggest room, it was still a little high for what we received. Just a small amount overpriced, and the room had a pretty serious big problem that we had to keep addressing with the hotel staff.

Brand new hotel! We stayed in one of the suites, which has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. It's really amazing to experience the sunrise in one of the comfy chairs in the living room or outside on the balcony. Staff was professional, helpfull and willing to do everything to make our stay even better. We had a booking with breakfast included in the rate but unfortunately this hotel has buffet breakfast on weekends only. We still had a breakfast there and were charged for it. That charge was removed no questions asked at the time of checkout. Little thing but like I mentioned above - they trying to do their best to make your stay memorable! Thank you very much Hilton Alpharetta! We are happy we stayed there and will be back:)
