The facilities were spotless. Our room was just as pictured. The breakfast in the morning was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. We were literally walking distance to the sky tram. The staff, especially Amy, were all so nice and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable. It felt like someone put a board under the mattress and pushed up the middle. I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa couch. Parking was $35.00 a day, which I thought was really expensive considering what we paid for our room.

A simple busines hotel with very professional staff, clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located close to the airport and very easy to reach by SkyTrain, which is free. Breakfast is decent.

1. I was surprised that there wasn't a bottle of water in the room. For 200$ a night I'm sure they could supply a 2$ bottle of water. 2. The minibar was empty, it would have been nice to have something, given that I arrived at 22.00.

I rated breakfast excellent, although it was missing the waffle machine, breakfast was served from 0630 to 0900. However, the quiche and other breakfast items were very good. Coffee was good, and the all day available lemon water in the lobby was tasty. The hotel also has food and beverage items for sale which came in handy. The Renaissance next door had a delicious dining menu! The shower!! Room had plenty of space for me and my family, comfy. The hotel front desk and staff were Excellent! Best of all was the sky train from the hotel to the airport with easy to follow signs!

No sightseeing in the area. But that is okay, I choose this hotel for the easy access to the airport. Nice area for walking around the GA Convention Center and other hotels in the area. Although there was construction going on, noise level was very low to zero and there was no overt obstruction from the crews.

Property and rooms were clean and updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location to the airport was great.

I reserved room with 2 queen beds and I was given king bed with sofa sleeper. I was told because I booked through a third party there was no guarantee I would get what I reserved. The young lady was nice but I preferred what I reserved and I've never had that problem before. Also, there was supposed to be a blanket and extra pillows for the sofa sleeper however, it was just one pillow and no blanket only sheets.

Lots of seating for breakfast. Great and helpful staff.

The bathroom is right across from the bed and the door is opaque. So if you are in bed and someone turns on the bathroom light, even with the door shut, it shines in your face. The info on Open Table about Champions restaurant is out of date. Menu is outdated, prices are outdated and there is a number to call for to go orders that is no longer valid.

Great front desk staff, convenient parking, and cool room design, although the separation of the bathroom into two disparate rooms came off as a needless waste of real estate.

Parking cost $30 a day. why??? For almost $200 a night I would expect actual glass glasses in the suite and not cheap small plastic. The ice maker was not working on my floor, so I had to level up.

The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in . Each time we left & came back we were greeted . To be honest I’ve not experienced this level of pleasantries in a while .

I can’t find any thing to complain about . I’m a hotel snob kinda but it was perfect !

Great location easily reached from the Atlanta airport via the tram that goes to the rental car center.

Thought complimentary breakfast was supposed to open at 6 AM but none of the hot selection were available at that time. Therefore only had cold items before having to leave and catch our flight.

We had a very early flight home, and ATL is so expansive that staying right next to the access point to the Skytrain made our trip home so much easier!

Besides the fact that it's accessible to the airport, there is nothing else around!

It was a great location as I had just gotten off an international flight and it was perfect to crash there. Also, it was within walking distance of several restaurants, which was convenient.

There was nothing that I didn't like. This was the second time I've stayed here after arriving from South Korea.
