The room was comfortable, clean and the service was great. The lady from the breakfast made a to go breakfast for us at 06:00am so that we could take the shuttle to the airport. And great shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes! Be aware that the free shuttle from the hotel only runs from the domestic terminal. It seemed like that is the case for every hotel. But you can take the airport train (after border security) or an airport shuttle bus to move from the international terminal to the domestic terminal. It's very easy and only takes about 15 minutes:)

The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. The staff was very nice.

Shuttle service was offered but was not acceptable. The shuttle that picked us up took us to the wrong Country Inn and Suites. The drivers should make sure that the customer is going to the correct location. We were unaware there was a North and South property. We had to pay for a Lyft to the correct hotel. The shuttle driver was late for pick up in the morning and made us nervous about making our flight. Breakfast was not served early enough for us to enjoy.

We arrived after 10:00 pm and left for the airport on the first morning shuttle around 5:00 am so we were only here for a short time. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Airport shuttle was very convenient. We use the fly and park feature, so we were able to leave our car parked for 14 days. Too early for breakfast. Would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Both day and night Check in Women were very nice . I loved the house keepers they were the sweetest.

I was a little scared of where it’s located I was shocked with the area. I was also shocked and only had a limited amount of money when they added the $5O deposit that I wasn’t aware of and when I checked my account I was also charged a $1O lodging fee plus the cost of my rooms so we had to eat sparingly. The Cashier saw the surprised look on my face and she apologized for the inconvenience for me but I know that wasn’t her fault.

The housekeepers was friendly and attentive. The indoor pool and complimentary breakfast was a plus.

Angie at the front desk was really rude.

It was quiet and clean.

Breakfast was very valuable, especially when travelling with children. The coffee and healthy offerings were great! The staff is always pleasurable and helpful. THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE IS THE BEST of all. My work is mostly in Midtown, so I fly in, stay near the airport, shuttle to the train just a few stops from the airport. Super convenient. Gas stations and food options within walking distance, Private, out of the way, very safe and quiet. Absolutely love this property.

The pool was out of service for a day, we specifically booked this hotel for the kids to utilize the pool between work obligations. We could have paid less for a property without a pool. That was the only disappointing part. Otherwise, all other areas were great!

Very nice and friendly staff, very clean. They perapred breakfast pachages for us as we couldn't make it for breakfast as we had our flight. They recomended good dinner place and got us dicount. Very efficient transfer to airport. Good impression.

Breakfast was okay, but I have had much better ones at other countryside hotels which better selections. Room was great and comfortable. Shuttle was good to and from airport

breakfast. overall was good. When I got there at night1130 pm, they told me my reservations were cancelled when I even held it with my CC. But the women at the desk kept looking and found me the only thing that was available which was the accessibility room and asked me if that would be okay. Told her yes and I went to bed. I was so happy as there were no rooms available anywhere do to storms all over.

Receptionist upon arrival was very kind to offer a take away breakfast for my early morning departure and explained that I should call the desk 15 min. before pick up by the airport shuttle.

The morning I departed, I called for the shuttle and apparently just missed one but was assured he would return very soon. I knew it was only a 6 min. drive to the airport. TOO MUCH TIME elapsed and I asked about arrival time more than once, the receptionist wasn't able to locate the shuttle driver ... she was not in a good mood and openly complained about the driver and other staff, actually shouting at the phone. When the driver arrived, he said he wasn't contacted or would have been there sooner! I was afraid of missing my flight - which I did make, thankfully. The driver was accommodating, wasting no time to get to the airport and helping me with my luggage.
