It is extremely close to the airport, the staff are very friendly and overall we felt that it was extremely good value for money. We got 3 free drink coupons on arrival, free dinner time snacks and free breakfast in the morning which was more than we expected! Our room was comfortable and although it was close to the road, it was very quiet.

The shuttle driver was on his phone when he collected us from the airport & when he took us back again the next day. He also wasn't very helpful - we needed to go to international departures but at drop off, I asked him if we were in the correct place and he replied with "this is the only drop off" and left us at domestic departures. It added unnecessary stress to our trip as we had to then rush across the airport to catch another shuttle. There is also no announcement at the hotel lobby when the driver arrives for collection which we, as well as other guests, found to be inconvenient as unless you sit outside watching the road you won't know when he's actually there.

I loved the courteous and friendly staff and location of the property. I drive in town for a conference and didn’t need to utilize the airport, but the location and shuttle, would be perfect for this stay. The King room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows! I was a little apprehensive about the noise having my room on the ledge of the “atrium” style area that looks down on the lobby and sitting area to eat both breakfast, evening dinner and drinks they serve (which was AMAZING with so many choices). The rooms must be sound proof! It was delightful. There is also great choices of restaurants close by and in walking distance if needed. Great stay!

My first experience with the Drury brand and I was impressed. Hotel was clean, well-staffed, and a quick shuttle ride from the airport. They serve a complimentary breakfast and dinner, which is an interesting concept. Dinner was OK, nothing to brag about, but convenient. Breakfast was better, pretty consistent with most hotel breakfast offerings. Room was nice size and clean. Hotel was well staffed though, which was nice. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to and from the airport twice an hour is great. Will definitely stay again when traveling in and out of Atlanta.

Bed was a tad softer than I prefer but I am sure for others, who prefer softer beds, it was great.

I did a lot of comparison shopping around Atlanta Airport for this one-night booking - and Drury was significantly less than other big chains, while offering things like included breakfast/kickback... and being very convenient to nearby restaurants. Although there were some notes about construction, I didn't notice any. I paid extra to check in early, arriving around 1 p.m. for my early flight out the next morning. I also used their shuttle and they were professional and on-time. The room seemed brand new - excellent bed, bathroom, amenities.

The only thing I was hoping for was to use the pool when I arrived - but I was told the pool was only open in the late afternoon/evening.

Excellent value for money. Room came with complementary dinner and breakfast which were both really delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a late check out which was very appreciated. Hotel was undergoing some renovation but noise/disturbance was not too bad.

Free shuttle between hotel and airport is free in that you don’t have to pay the hotel but you are expected to tip the driver. These small details matter for foreign visitors as tipping is not common abroad and if a service is labelled as free we will take it at face value that it is truly free!

Breakfast was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. The large TV wasthe best. Even the price of the room was comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the Atlanta Drury. The problem was that we were traveling to Cocoa beach florida and wanted to stay at another Drury inn on the way. Our stay in atlanta was $148 +taxes. We called Gainesville fl. and Jacksonville fl. And they wanted $400+ for one night. That sounds like price gouging to me. We will never stay at the Gainesville inn because of that very reason. You would think their conscious would bother them.

I, like so many people (thanks Delta! thanks Microsoft!), had a HORRIBLE travel day. After 12 delayed flights in 17 hours, I bailed on my work trip and got a hotel in Atlanta for the night. I was starving, exhausted, and frustrated. From the moment I walked into the hotel, the staff was SO kind. Specifically the woman with the shaved head who was working around 7pm on July 23rd. I wish I remembered her name. They were so kind and empathetic and helpful and accomodating. It made a huge difference in how I ended a really miserable day. Beyond that, they had a delicious continental DINNER (first time I've seen this!) and breakfast. The hot tub was amazing.The room was clean and quiet. And the next day, the shuttle driver waited a few extra minutes for me so I could make it back to the airport. My expectations were not high - I would have been thrilled just to not be sitting in a hot plane or crowded airport. But they blew me away, honestly. Delta customer service could learn a thing or two from Drury Inn & Suites at the Atlanta airport.

I would have loved there to be lotion in the bathroom. I could have asked but it would have been nice to just already have in there. That's really it. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more considering my unfortunate travel circumstances.

Everything except the pillows. The staff was super nice. Joy in particular was a joy! Everyone was so personable. Right next to the airport and they offered airport shuttle. We weren't flying anywhere but good info to have. Surprisingly couldn't really hear the planes taking off but you could see them which the kids liked. Loved the food! Just fyi Malones next door is sister to Louisiana Bistreaux and you get a discount at Malones when staying here so check Malones out before driving down the road for the dessert! They are renovating but it didn't hinder our stay at all and the renovation staff were nice as well!

The pillows were awful, went flat as soon as you put your head on them

The hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from airport, free dinner and cocktails ( up to three), free breakfast - all included in my one charge. The staff was lovely. The Wi-Fi free. Hotel allowed me to print my boarding pass. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Great value!

Since the renovation of this facility, my wife and I have found it to be exceptional in terms of location, airport shuttle, long-term gated parking, extremely friendly staff, free food/drink, and safety. The "new" rooms were well appointed and extremely clean. The TV menu was simple to navigate with a basic remote - no complicated button pushing to change channels, etc. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and will continue to use it when we fly out of ATL.

IMHO: NOTHING.
