It was exceptionally clean and modern. The suite had numerous plugging sockets available. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen facilities were well kitted out. The gym had no water available to drink after working out.

The sound proofing wasn’t great. You could hear the guest above moving around up to 2am, as well as everyone else (we were two doors from the lift). Breakfast was up to 10am and we arrived right at 10. The two female staff members were the quickest people I’ve seen move - they were literally tidying everything up as we went to get breakfast. One piece of advice, be at least 10-15 minutes early. Also I’d paid for a King suite and was given a room with a double bed. The receptionist checking us in failed to mention this, and if it wasn’t that I always check my bookings I wouldn’t have been any the wiser.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't use the pool it was closed our whole visit and we were looking forward to using it and we weren't notified that it was closed before we checked innice

Wonderful free breakfast. Breakfast staff helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious and clean! Staff was wonderful and very attentive to needs (extra blankets, toilet paper etc). Very friendly atmosphere. Handicapped parking was close and always available. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Just that the sink area wasn't closed off from the beds... so if someone was up early getting ready, there was no door to close to blow hair dry etc. A pocket door would have been wonderful.

I liked the helpful clerk at time of registration. I had asked for extra pillows and for the TV in the room to be rearranged. She had that happen within 15 minutes! That was greatly appreciated! The location is very nice. Minutes (less than 7) to a mall, Target and other places.

My BF is wheelchair bound and the set up for his bed was too high. The bed frame needed to be lower. The toilet chair was not an option but it would be nice if hotels made them so. We had to purchase our own and then leave it. There was a blanket there had brown stains on it and I took it off the bed and left it there. Wasn't sure if it was clean and I didn't want to chance it.

I’ve stayed at this location at least half a dozen times. I know it is clean, the location is good for me (close to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta), staff have always been friendly.

For the price of the rooms, I feel like property management/maintenance could be a little better. Some areas are showing some wear and minor repairs would be appreciated for a hotel with average nightly rate north of $130. If I weren’t primarily shopping for location, I might consider another location. Of course I might just be noticing more because I stay frequently!

love that breakfast was offered everyday,breakfast was always fresh and tasty.This was my very first hotel that the food was good and enjoyed that they had social night with home cooked food and got to meet people from all walks of life.

I didn’t like my shower head was old and water came out very lite.The head needs to be replaced.Also the stove needs to be upgraded it cooks very very slow,but love the things that are offered in my room.

breakfast was nice with lots of options. the staff was friendly. the hotel was quiet.

the room was a bit dated and mine specifically was clean but seemed like it hadn't been used in a while and could have been swept/dusted again before checking in. it had a stale odor every time I entered the room. Also, the metro is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel but it would have been nice to have a shuttle service/van that could take guests to and from the metro since it was so close. the walk is a bit long.

The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. The rooms were very clean and well equipped.

They charged me $153.55 instead of the quoted price on Booking and kept the extra that they claimed was a deposit and issued a receipt for $133.55. They kept $60The fire pit was not on and it was a beautiful night for it. The bed frame was old and squeaked anytime we moved and the bed was very hard. I liked the facility a lot but some changes need to be made.

Well 1st customer service was great. Robert at the front desk was top notch. He was so polite and helpful. Done everything with a smile and answered any questions we had. He also loaned us a deck of cards so we could play cards with each other while 2 of our kids were swimming. We had a squeaky bathroom door and they promptly sent someone up to put WD40 on it. He was very polite. Ladies at breakfast were helpful when someone needed something. Top notch service. 2nd. Everything was clean. Room, facilities (pool, gym), general areas.. All clean. 3rd. Breakfast was so good and lots of options. 4th Room was huge. It was equipped with everything you would need for a stay. We didnt use any of the kitchen items really except fridge and a couple of plates for pizza but it had items to cook with, range, (no oven), utensils, dishes if you needed to.

Only thing i can think of is they could have updated the mattress on the fold out sofa. It was pretty springy, but a lot are.
