I didn't have the breakfast but the location was perfect, I loved the area and surrounding area.

Had a few rug stains from people in the past spilling things like juice but other than that not much to report.

Reception staff (one in particular) were lovely. Rooms are clean and modern. I personally liked that the sink was seperate to the bathroom. Great breakfast!!

Thought it was unusual at a Sheraton, that some common hotel amenities (bathrobe, slippers, etc) had to be requested and weren’t available in the room, I didn’t request as it felt silly to ask. No microwave in the room which was a pain, there was one near the lobby which we used but it felt awkward being in close proximity to the bar and restaurant. We were looking forward to a swim in the pool but it looks very different to the photos and pretty run down so we didn’t go in. Got a good park under some lights but many parks did not have lights available which seemed like a potential safety concern. Overall we would stay here again if we were to return to Atlanta, just some small things.

lobby is newly renovated and is beautiful and the pool is a weird shape but always warm never cold

I made my reservation like two months out cause I had the money and the property didn’t take the money out until the day before so I had to scramble to get the cash and then there’s also a $50 they don’t tell you about

Good size room with comfy chair and all. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. House keeping came nearly every day (haven’t had that since Covid!) and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Day staff was great—very friendly and accommodating (overnight/early morning staff not friendly at all!) Good facilities —pool and seating in lobby. Stayed for about a week and was very content.

As mentioned, night/early morning staff not friendly. Elevator was very creaky—worked fine but a bit worrisome. Walls were thin and could hear every door open and close.

Loved the bar area and lounge. The pool area was inviting and very pretty. Our room was super comfortable and very clean. The beds were wonderful. Could have used some more plugs or usb points and the coffee wasn’t great but loved the complimentary water and the good quality shampoo and body wash etc. The reception staff were ok but not particularly enthusiastic or welcoming. The Barman was great and very accommodating. We were only there for one night but I would happily spend a few days here and explore Atlanta. The area is lovely and we took an Uber to midtown at a cost of $24 there and $49 back but was worth it so we could have a drink. It’s not the closest hotel to Midtown or Downtown but it’s a nice one in a safe and quiet area

The pool was great. The breakfast was fantastic , so many option hot and cold items . Best breakfast of any place I've ever stayed. The provided vouchers made it free! Our room was clean. The TV in the room was top tier , wonderful picture. Shower was great as far as water pressure.

The phone in the room was dead. The AC hovered at 68 no matter what you set it to (we like to sleep with it a little cooler at night). The only negative about the shower is that we were not able to use the bottles neatly mounted to the interior wall of the shower . They would not dispense.

Almost everything. I was given an early check-in. They kept my luggage for me while I went into town. I was upgraded. The breakfast was a good spread. The hotel is well-accentuated. Staffs are well trained and always willing to help. I requested for shaving kit and it was brought to me within 5 minutes. Very comfortable and cozy environment,

I'm sorry I couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel. Except for the fact that I couldn't get a bathrobe. I think they should bring that back.

Large bedroom. Stylish furnishings. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Option to get additional items for the room, like razors and slippers . Safe area.

Pool was a little dirty. Emergency alarm sounded at approx 9am and we left the room to wait outside the hotel, as instructed by the recording that was being played throughout the hotel announcement system. No one was outside. The staff at the hotel did not tell us anything until we went back in and asked. We were then told it was nothing and to go back to our rooms.

The staff were so nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I tend to judge a hotel by the bathroom in the room and this one was really nice, the sink was in a separate room and the walk-in shower was spacious and had great water pressure. The provided soaps were also top-tier. The breakfast in the morning was fairly good, with starbucks coffee and delicious warm breakfast options.

The only issue I had was the mini fridge was tucked in a cabinet below the desk and I forgot things in it because it was so well-hidden.

The people at the front desk were very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful. The entire place (lobby, pool, hallways, and room) was very clean.

There was a mildew smell in the room from the vents. I only say vents because the smell wouldn't leave. It bothered us only when entering the room. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad. Just something that should be looked into. The walls are a little thin. We heard everything going on our floor from nearby guests. Just a caution for future guests.
