The location was farther away from our job, but was easy access. The space was very nice and airy. We felt safe. It was very quiet. The manager was very pleasant and helpful.

The shower had absolutely no pressure. The microwave was so high I had to stand on a chair to access it. Also looked like it hadn't been cleaned along with something that looked like blood running down the bathroom door frame. Everything else appeared to be clean.The materials supplied for bath and kitchen were quite fine. There were only blinds on the bedroom windows with very bright lights outside the windows. It was like the lights were on when you tried to sleep.

Went to Augusta to see Masters, place is very nice, clean, quiet and with good proximity to city. Ron the manager was so nice from start to finish, I came after their business hours, but Ron was always responsive on the phone, explained to me where I will find keys clearly and after my trip also gave me a ride to airport which he didn’t have to, but did because the taxi demand during Masters was crazy. Very very happy overall and will stay in this hotel again if I am in Augusta.

No breakfast, but technically it is not a hotel, its a suite complex, and inside the suite you have all the amenities to cook for yourself, plus there is 24hrs nonstop diner literally across the street, in case you dont feel like cooking or come late as I did.

It's a bit hard to advise others, as I went over a holiday and the place was nearly empty. It's also a somewhay unusual place, even a bit funky -- two tiers of rooms around an open concrete courtyard. The manager is an amiable fellow, and I definitely felt welcome. He was kind enough to loan me a Keurig machine (otherwise no coffee in the rooms) and gave me a quieter room when I asked. (See below). The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette (including the full fridge) and bathroom were spotless. Decent internet and free wifi. Heating control worked fine. TV worked fine -- lots of stations. I could see that some features had been recently upgraded -- seemed like new floors.

The building and furnishings had clearly seen better days -- a collection of odds and ends -- just two sets of dishes and tableware in the kitchen, a slightly broken-down couch. Haphazard features -- my first room (changed because of noise the first night) had no hairdryeer or coffee maker, the second one had both. The location is safe but not convenient to good restaurants, and I'm not a fan of fast food. I had to move after the first night, when my upstairs neighbor clomped and stomped around for a full hour between 2 and 3 am -- manager told me that the guy gets up then for work -- recommend that you stay out of room 118! No problem finding another quierter room, but it would have been a real problem if nothing else had been available.

Yes, we are so glad we checked for other accommodations & found yours. Ronald is an angel. He made sure we were well taken care of. Your hotel is definitely on the list for future stays. It was very clean & spacious. We love the seating area in the middle of the hotel as well. Keep up the great work.

The only thing we didn't like was the very thin blanket. It felt like there were only 2 sheets on the bed. That AC system gets the place very cold & we had to go buy a blanket.

The Manager, Ronald, is the true definition of having "exceptional customer service" with professionalism and a great and welcoming personality. In addition, the property and room were clean and well lit. The rooms were large and arranged, similar to an apartment or home. If I ever have to go back to Augusta, I will book Affordable Suites of America Augusta again. Thank you, Ronald, for such a memorable and pleasant stay!

It was in a great location with great accessibility to the interstates. It was very clean and spacious. It was nothing fancy. The front desk person was super friendly and kind. He showed me the room and made sure that I was pleased before checking in. If we’re passing through this area again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The warm greetings from the time I step to the door!! Ronald went above and beyond. He offered to help unload my car, had some wine in the bags. When I got to the room after parking he had place the bags on the table and the wine in the refrigerator!!!! Very clean, comfortable and spacious I'll definitely be returning

The location was so convenient. Everything you could need was in walking distance. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean and well kept. My family are definitely staying here our next trip to Evans, GA. We loved it. !!

The manager on site was very kind. He was very helpful in making our stay more comfortable. It was convenient having a small kitchen in the suite. It was nice, quiet and an ideal location! My husband wanted to rest a bit and I was able to go to a mall close by on my own. There were an abundance of stores and restaurants in the area, also. Really enjoyed our stay at the Affordable Suites!

When we want to get away we choose to go to Affordable Suites because it's clean and comfortable. Ronald the manager makes you feel at home and is very sweet. Kind and a wonderful person. That will always be our get a way from home.
