Everyone was super friendly and really nice to my doggo as well. Staff is amazing. Was on the 2nd floor and was comfortable and quiet, as well as quick access to the fitness center was perfect. Hot coffee at all times in the lobby was a definite plus for me as well as the free breakfast was amazing. I require a lot of protein due to my weight loss and workout goals, so having tasty omelets and meats was a very welcome way to start the morning. On that topic, breakfast being available at 6 am is perfect. I absolutely will return again with my dog and request another 2nd floor stay.

Location was hard to find at first due to it sharing the same address as the Red Roof Inn minus the B (which navigation (directions) wouldn't allow me to add.) I ended up having an additional charge on my card after my visit which I'm assuming was just due to a calculation error when they charged me at check-in but still it would've been nice to just had been charged the entire and proper amount from the beginning. That's about it, everything else was great.

Breakfast was great

have a better wifi system, my room mate needed the wifi because she has hearing ad and needed the wifi to be able to hear her surroundings. When we tried to set her wifi it wouldn't take even my phone didn't work. I even took both phones to front desk that night and when I got back to the room didn't. went back to front desk was told to call a phone number but was on the way out to tournament. By time we got back it was late was not about to sit on a phone to get the wifi and she was so frustrated with not being able to hear we just packed to be ready to leave out sooner.

The location overlooks I-20 but no road noise with lots of gas and food options nearby. However, downtown is 10-15 minutes away. The hotel lobby is quite spacious as well as the room and the front desk staff was personable and friendly. Comfy bed and linens and plenty of pillows and the bath towels were ample and soft. Nice to have the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash affixed to the wall of the shower so that there are no small plastic bottles to deal with. The included breakfast had more than plenty of choices A typical comfortable Hilton lodging.

The large TV was very nice but sat to the right of the bed so one had to look right to watch it which gave us a stiff neck.

What a surprise! First of all, pulling up, we didn't know what to expect. We were greeted and given our room key. However, we had no map, info, or anything. In their defense, online check-in is available and would have been easier. Next time we will do that. The workers were always working hard and friendly as well as helpful. The breakfast was by far the best for a hotel at this price point, and options were plenty. We are happy we chose Hampton Inn. We look forward to recommending to all of our associates and friends. Thanks, Hampton Inn, for a wonderful experience.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Plenty of free parking on the premises and adequate grass space to walk our dogs. The suite we had was huge and very clean! Great bed and pillows. We had a very comfortable stay.

Front desk personnel were not the friendliest but were efficient and provided what we asked for. There must have been some type of party or group at the hotel that was noisy in the halls past 11 pm. The south exit from the hotel could not be re-entered even with a room key and this made it a rather long trip to get our stuff in side the room we were in.

Really everything. The awesome front desk staff, both shifts and the fantastic breakfast service. A particular bright spot was the server refilling the food during a big breakfast rush. She was running her little legs off, trying to keep up. Her name was Rhonda, which was so surprising because that's my name too. I spoke with her and we got a kick out of having the same name. This was at the Augusta, Ga location on Washington Rd. We'll stay there again I'm certain. We seek out Hampton Inn wherever we travel!! Thank you for all you do to make travel pleasant.

The staff were very helpful and very informative, and the hotel 🏨 was very nice and very clean !! The woman who worked at the front desk was very friendly and had our confirmation confirmed and gave our room number and cards to the room !! The gym 🏋️‍♀️ in the hotel 🏨 was very nice and very clean and had everything we needed for our workout !! 💪.. I would highly recommend staying here !! I would give them a 10 rating !! 😊💖

The hotel was really pretty on the outside. Really close to restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the room clean clean and the room had what we needed for a one night stay. No noise. Staff were really friendly. No smell.

Inside the elevators could use some cleaning. There's built-up dirt in every corner. The bathroom was very spacious. However, there's old mildew around the sink faucet and inside the shower at the bottom. The water drains out of the sink extremely slow. Just need some deep cleaning in common areas and bathrooms and remove the mildewed caulking in the showers and it would be a 9/10 hotel.

Check-in staff was amazing - super nice, accommodating and easy to chat with. She was very friendly and the whole check-in process took like 2 mins, loved how their hotel front desk area has a pantry with food and snacks for sale - quite a good selection btw! Hotel lobby was warm, Starbucks was just a few mins away - right next to a few fast food options. Room was comfy, beds were just the right height, pillows were super nice, both hard & soft & everything worked well. TV was huge, good amount of channels, microwave and fridge came in handy & the room heated up pretty well. :) Bathroom was stocked with towels and shower pressure was great! Wish I didn’t have an early morning flight and was able to try the breakfast. Overall, a great stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, smiling and welcoming. Hotel location was located in busy area but set off the road making it feel more comfortable and giving you a sense of scenery surrounding it. My only issue was the room was recently renovated but the toilet handle was broken so had to lift lid of tank to flush toilet
