Great stay! Hotel was located right off Washington Road for anyone traveling. The hotel grounds were clean and quiet. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted with a friendly hello, and everything was taken care of. The room was large and clean and also quiet. Thanks for a great stay.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that the hotel does not tell you there is a $75 fee for damages. This is something I think people should know before booking a stay.

Everyone was friendly! I loved the room. It was so clean and comfortable. Our stay was just a little getaway for our anniversary so we mostly stayed in all weekend. We had the kitchen in the room but the desk clerk offered use of the gas grills for our steaks. We loved it!

The room I booked was not available once I got there. So we had to take a room with 2 twin beds. The lady at the desk was very rude when I asked what happened to the room I booked and paid for online and did offer a refund but not the full amount so we decided to stay because it was late and it would only be one night.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They kind, helpful, always said hello. My grandson and the dog always got a hello and a hug.

The parking was terrible.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly. By far one of the friendliest hotel staffs I've ever encountered.

I feel like the carpet in the room felt a little dirty but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast and location were both excellent. Very professional and attentive staff. Really impressed with accommodations. Would book again!

I booked the room via net for basic rate of $114.00 for a King room, but I was accommodated in a double room and charged a basic rate of $132.00.

Being stalked by another guest, after I informed him I was with someone. Not sure if this is a constant problem or if this is a one time thing. If it is, May want to invest in security.

Everything was great, clean & quiet stay. Only thing that was off, there was a light smell of cigarettes in the room. Thankfully I brought Lysol, air freshener & candles. So that definitely solved the problem.

The fact that I arrived early before check-in time and they were able to accommodate my family and I. Breakfast every day was different and amazing for hotel food.

Everything was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Just the matter of keeping the sheet fixed on the mattress.

Mattress pad and fitted sheet didn't stay on mattress. Should have a couple of steak knife's in the kitchen, and there was no coffee pot.
