Room was nice

We were awoken in the a.m. by housekeeping, we were in bed and didn’t answer right away and they walked in. We alerted that we were in the room. Then they called room and said we had to leave check out was 11. Well we had paid for that day so we’re weren’t leaving. Then they called my cell phone. Between the front desk this went on for almost an hour and a half. We decided to drive through the night. We checked in at 4am and they advised we would have to pay for another day. Ok desk clerk said your here til Saturday. What happened was we booked through booking.com they took our Friday check is and applied it to Thursday. Looked like we didn’t pay so they told us we had to vacate the property. After going downstairs 3 times it was settled.

We took a trip to Brunswick not knowing the area. The hotel was very easy on and off of I95! The staff was super friendly! Hotel was clean and so was our room! We utilized the fitness room and the laundry room! The bed was huge and very comfortable! I loved how there was no bathtub! The shower was wonderful! The weather wasn't the greatest so we didn't use the pool, but with so many activities planned it wasn't a necessity! I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again!

Didn't love the pillows, but it didn't prevent me from a good sleep.

This is a very new property and well designed. There are lots of outlets to plug in mobile devices for example. It is very pet friendly and the rooms are not carpet which makes this good for pets. There is also a large area in the back for pets. There is a patio with a gas fireplace in the back as well. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were soft - not crusty like so many other places. The afternoon / early evening clerk was very nice.

The breakfast was standard starch fair and average coffee. Not bad, but not a reason to go there. A reasonable but not a great value for the money

The property was literally the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed at for a chain hotel.

The only problem that brought my score down was the poop in the common areas from dog owners. It was all through the grass in the back where the giant chess board and pool and lake are. Also the pool was shut down for almost 2 days.

the staff was fantastic and incredibly accommodating. my son loved all the amenities. the breakfast was wonderful. the rooms were clean, the whole property was clean in fact. comfortable beds, spacious rooms, beautiful property, inside and out, kinda looks like its recently been renovated or someting even. everyone was friendly, and it felt very safe. We loved the pool and firepit lounge area as well as the human chess and mini golf. there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from, both fast food and dine in. and shopping close by. my son loved the hotel so much he preferred it to going to the beach! and i really cant express how helpful and accommodating the staff was. they allowed me to do an extended check out for very little cost all the way into the early evening. and they were so polite about it, 100% hassle free. i got to spend a whole extra day with my family because of this. for which im very greatful. i still cant believe how nice this place was and what a value it was. the rates are great for any hotel, much less one with all the extras this place has to offer! i will 100% be staying here again. this is a trip i take frequently, as i have family on SSI. and i wish i had found this hotel before now. will be staying here every time now. i dont often do reviews but felt that this place really earned 5 stars from me and i just want to give credit where credit is due. i highly recommend staying here!

even though it was a beautiful view it was a half hour drive to both saint simons and jekyll island, and having to drive back and forth to the islands and back at least a couple times a day, adds up quickly. get up and go to the beach for a bit then back to the hotel to shower and get dressed for lunch, dinner or whatever else and then back to the islands, and then back again after and before i knew it we had spent 2 to 3 hours in the car rather than on the beach or wherever else... but even still with the hotel being as nice and accommodating as it was, and especially the value for the price, it was worth it.

The staff was friendly . Check in was great. The room was large . The pool and area was very well maintained . Loved the BQ grills .

There was nothing for our kids to drink for several days at breakfast. The first day they had a gallon of OJ in ice the first day the next 2 days there was nothing but milk coffee and water the last morning we was there they had juices . We heard from another guest the 2nd floor was the floor for folks with.pets and we were on that floor I'd rather have not been bc we have no pets . I was called before we arrived and asked if we had pets which I replied no . So if that was the case I don't understand why we was put on that floor

Overall cleanliness of facility, the dog walking area was top drawer, and they serve a GREAT breakfast! The initial room (101) really threw us after a 650 mile trip that day. Didn't plan on changing rooms, but there was no choice. We were accomodated quickly and professionally to a better room.

The room (101) was handicap accessible so the shower had no lip to keep the water inside the shower stall. The drain that was in the middle of the bathroom was not placed properly and the floor not graded correctly to drain water into it. Therefore, my wife's shower water went out of the shower, left the bathroom and puddled up by the entrance door. We spoke with the on-duty manager and as maintenance had left for the evening, she moved us to another room. Although not a king room like we had in 101, the 2 queens were comfortable and the room had no issues.

The whole place was so nice. Very clean and we had a view of a giant chessboard from our room. Staff was very nice and helpful both evening time at check in and in the morning at checkout. Breakfast was a plus and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. We had doggy bags outside to pick up after our dog and a nice area to go for a walk. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and towels are nice and new. As far as location, we were there for beaches and it takes about 25 minutes of an easy ride to get to St Simons island beaches. That was fine by me, being on a budget for accommodation. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very helpful replenishing it throughout the breakfast hours. There is free coffee in the lobby but it was cold in the afternoon.

The outdoor pool did not seem clean. We did not use it. If you want your room cleaned daily, make sure to ask for it. We were out whole day and it was not cleaned.

This hotel was a Great location just off the i-95 interstate..was very clean and as soon as you walked in the lobby it smelled so good..the staff was very helpful and friendly..will stay here again..

I would make the lighting a little brighter and make the light switch by the beds a little lower to be able to reach while in the bed..
