The room size was perfect, and the customer service was also great. The complementary breakfast could’ve been better, but I am grateful breakfast was offered at the County Inn & Suites by Radisson. My recommendation is to offer more of variety when it comes to breakfast by offering a couple options for meats. It is always better to have too much food than not have enough food for your guests, especially when they are expecting a complementary breakfast. The pool was clean, and the hours of operation was sufficient. Thank you for your checkout time, the fresh cookies, and juice you made available every day.

When your guests are expecting a complimentary breakfast, and the hotel should have a variety of food. You also want to make sure there is enough.

Hotel is undergoing renovations (specifically at the front desk) but a temporary check-in spot had been created and check-in was actually faster than normal! Room was very comfortable and the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Our room needed a little maintenance--there were a couple of spots of peeling paint on the ceiling, perhaps from water leaks in the past and some wear & tear visible on the walls, corners. The beds were VERY high, so my senior mother had some difficulty getting in and out,

It’s a little outdated but very clean Some of the furniture can be replaced ( TV stand) All employees that I encounter were very friendly and helpful . Location was excellent Breakfast was very good

Standard hotel breakfast. Loved the fresh fruit. Not too much variety.or healthy choices. Great parking lot. Friendly staff.

I would have liked to check on a senior citizen discount but could not reach hotel directly. Went through booking.com, one price, no changing it upon check in. It’s always hard for me to have to pay over $150 for a 14 hour stay when I don’t need any amenities.

clean, great location, easy to find. room was huge. had we had guests we wouldn’t of needed to hang out in the bedroom.

some parts of the room seemed uncared for. soft spots that were concerning. fixtures for towels and sorts not attached well. room is disability assessable and had someone pulled on on some of those fixtures they may have come off. got read to leave this morning and someone had parked in a non parking space and covered up the wheel chair ramp. no one had said anything.

The staff was so kind and helpful. It was a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

All things considered, i.e., the price, I have no real complaints. Normally, I don't stay at pet friendly hotels, but this was a short notice trip, and I still enjoyed the stay.

I have stayed here twice, and both times, you could smell marijuana once you passed the main lobby. Is it guests or staff that are stoned?

Nice location. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat and shop if you need something. Beds were very comfortable and ventilation system worked well on both heat and a/c. Well equipped with microwave, fridge with freezer, safe etc. Tv powered by Directv which was great for football playoffs.

Once again although breakfast is provided it doesn’t start until 7. I have driven from north to south many times and always leave before 7. 6am is more reasonable time for long distance travelers. So for us this didn’t work so wasn’t really a perk. I recall many times it did start at 6. The hours should be stated especially for those who are traveling on a budget. Breakfast out for a family of four can be pricey and they might not book if that was something they needed The bathroom needed work as well. Cracked tiles, bubbling paint etc

Very clean, dog friendly. Had a big grassy area in the back for pets.

Side door when locked couldn’t get in with key. Had to put a stopper in so I could get back in after walking my dog.

The breakfast was good. And the coffee was awesome to me. The waffles was a big deal they enjoyed making them themselves
