Another great stay at this facility. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast is great with a great area to enjoy it. The room are clean, comfortable and roomy.

The water faucet sit a little too far back in the sink which makes it difficult to was your hands, we’ve noticed this in every room we’ve stayed in. I’ve added photos of this. Also it would be nice to have a small table in each room to use for eating in the evening when you have to eat in the room. We had to eat on our beds.

Location was great for my commute and location for other business,did not have any problems with reaching the hotel off the hywy. breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. Staff was professional.

The tub water continue to leak, it was reported to the front desk management on leaving, but on our return trip back after a week away we were lucky to return to the same hotel and receive the same room after our online booking but the tub issue had not been corrected as of date.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly. Each morning we were greeted with a smile and an offer to help with anything we needed. On our last day my grandson didn't want to go to breakfast.When I entered the lobby the gentleman asked if he was coming to breakfast and when I told him no the gentleman made my grandson breakfast and sent it to him. Very nice personalized service. Whenever visiting Cartersville we will always stay there.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were larger than we expected. The breakfast was great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Centrally located to several places to grab a quick meal and right next door to a place to grab snacks, ice, drinks and gas.

Terrible sewer gas smell outside the hotel in the evenings, but that was coming from somewhere else, not the hotel's fault.

The breakfast was good, we loved the waffles and eggs with sausage. The pool was very clean 😁, that was our favorite part!!! The staff, Mrs Michelle was amazing and very informative about ways to get rewards for our stay and encouraged me to do so . We will be coming back. All of our neighbors were quiet and polite, definitely a family friendly environment.. The location was perfect, very close to hwy and lots of food choices. Thank you guys

Breakfast was fine.

When I arrived for at the hotel it was approximately 1:30-1:45. I had requested early check in time if possible. I was told that if I wanted to check in it would cost $25. I asked if I could simply go and check out our room. The room was clean and ready for guests. The following day I was in lobby and another person was checking in early and he was told that he would check to see if his room had been cleaned and if so he could go to his room. There was no mention of an additional $25 charge and gentleman took his key and went to his room. So I was somewhat upset with the person that had checked us in.

Customer service was 10! Man at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed! Very professional!

Cleanliness of certain things in the room the air-conditioning unit needed to be wiped down. It looked like black mold where air came out. Lampshades and sprinkler system caked with dust.

The last two times I’ve stayed here there was something behind the bathroom door, first time children’s dirty clothes, this time something dirty. A lot of dirt was also in. Order by the tub. The cleaning staff were obviously not cleaning the whole floor if they did not close the door to find these items. A real turnoff.

The staff was wonderful. We had a very small issue and they offered to move us to a new room right away. We were happy to stay in the original room, because the issue was resolved quickly and easily!!

The only thing we would suggest is to put darker shades on the windows, because the street lights and the EV Charger screen are very bright and disrupted our sleep somewhat. Nothing a sleep mask wouldn't solve, so I'll remember that for next time!

Staff was warm ,welcoming, and very friendly. Room was cleaned daily with bed made and new towels. Mini fridge and microwave was a plus.

Carpet needed a deep clean. I had an extra bag of trash on top of the trash can that the housekeeper left on the floor instead of taking. But other than that it was great for the price.
