The hotel was very well furnished and well decorated. The staff was pleasant, and the pool area was nice. The room was very comfortable. It had plenty of space, and charging ports everywhere.

We were close to one of the "pet-friendly" rooms. While I appreciate that the hotel offers this, it is rough when your neighbor's dogs bark for hours on end. The only issue I had with the room itself was that I could not darken the room. The curtains could not be completely closed.

This Hampton Inn is located right next to a Chick-fil-A (which has an open play area for kids), and right across the street from an entertainment area called Lakepoint Station (bowling, climbing, froyo, etc.) The car was safe and there didn’t seem to be a high amount of foot traffic at night. Room overlooked a wakeboard park.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed. It was very comfortable. Bathroom was big and very clean! Good hot breakfast and would definitely stay again. The gentleman who checked us in and was there the first couple days of our trip gave excellent customer service! APRIL 2-5

We usually bring our pillows when we travel by car and we didn't this time. I wish we would have. We did not like the pillows. The only other thing was my husband was going to swim laps in the pool (he was excited to see that it was a lap pool), but water was way too cold.

Room was big and clean. Location was easy to find and close to hwy.

Desk clerk was dealing with me until the phone rang and instead of asking that person to please hold she dealt with that person for a long time while I had to wait. I feel that I should have had priority (being I was there in person) not the caller.

Convenience to event

Breakfast ends at 10. Most people like to sleep in a few hours and by 9:30 there was little to no good and they were essentially closing down. Bring able to sleep in is one reason people travel and breakfast at 9:30 is not unusual. All Hampton do not do this as I am a fan of Hampton Inns and stay at many different properties.

Friendly staff, cleanliness and the bed was super comfy!

Room trash cans were a little small and the price was a little high for it being out of vacation season on a Monday and Tuesday night.

My spouse was on crutches and we could have used a first floor room but not available due to baseball tournaments in the area. Room assigned worked out alright.

Location was right where we needed to be for the following day. Great options around and close to the interstate.

Little bit of road noise in our room during the night, but overall a great place.

Staff was very friendly and it was very clean inside.

Our rooms window was the only room that had the window completely blocked. We could not look out the window at all. Room number 214.

Clean fresh and convenient. Comfy beds.

Receptionist was unfriendly on check in. Felt like she couldn’t be bothered. The breakfast guy was wonderful and cheerful. Morning receptionist was very helpful.
