The hotel is only two years old so it has nice, new, clean common areas and rooms with lots of space and trendy decor. The property sits high on a hill overlooking a valley and despite being located very close to the interstate, it is very quiet and secluded. The seclusion may not last long, however, because lots of apartments are under construction nearby. Signage inside the build and out is very clear and very helpful!

The furnishings in the rooms are sufficient but barebones. A sitting chair (in addition to the desk chair) would have been nice. And an ice bucket! We were glad for the ironing board!

this is the perfect place for self care people on a long trip. chance to do laundry. comfortable spacious room. exceptional lounge with space designed and powered for work and endless coffee. breakfast was perfect for simple tastes and for folks with health concerns. having traveled extensively in Europe, bottles of fat free milk are a breakfast delight.

My door was malfunctioning; had to hard pull it shut and use my shoulder to close it until maintenance fixed the issue. The shampoo bottle was also empty the first time I went to use the shower. It felt like the room was being neglected unless there was a full capacity crowd and it had to be used.

Breakfast-the sausages were awful. We had issues with checking in the staff spent a lot of time trying to book us in. They told us booking through a 3rd party made things more difficult and the computer wouldn’t allow the book in. They knew we had booked a room so they should have given us a room while they sorted out the issues. We were over 40 minutes waiting to be checked in.

Loved the lobby with everything going on! pool table, board game check out station. All the different seating areas inside and out. Loved that you offered a lift at the pool for people with disabilities even though we didn’t need it, it’s still a fabulous idea! I’ve told so many people about your hotel. We will definitely stay at other Tru hotels. You need to open one in Madison, Al by the new Trash Pandas Stadium or in Huntsville by the new Orion Amphitheater

friendly staff great food comfort bed great view We really love staying in the Hilton by tru, beautiful hotel with bright colors. the breakfast was delicious and we really want to come back again. we definitely recommended the hotel.

the room had a special tub for people with disabilities, we didn't like that as when we showered the water comes out the tub and was a completely mess. but other than that everything was as expected and room was super big.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff was great. Facilities were good.

The meat for breakfast wasn’t great. The bacon was good but I couldn’t eat the soggy sausages offered the rest of our stay. The shower was not sealed good so water poured out onto the floor the entire time. More towels and bath cloths were needed immediately. If 4 people can sleep in the room, then there should be at least four towels and four bath cloths initially.

Every employee we encountered said hello and wished us a good day or welcomed us. This was the friendliest staff we've EVER had the pleasure of interacting with. They were very helpful with anything we needed. Great employees. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We would have preferred a lower price given that we are senior citizens and retired.

Clean and well maintained facility.

They struggled to get 3rd party confirmation. It was made through Booking.com an hour prior to arrival. We waited around 30 min for it to come through. Tried to reach booking.com. Had to have them check us in as a walk in and pay again. I had prepaid with Booking and now struggling to get refund as paid twice.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Our son and his friend left their air pods in the room at checkout. We discovered this about 6 hours down the road. The staff found them and set them aside for us. We then picked them up on our way home a week later.

The pool was closed. Not their fault, It was early spring...
