The breakfast food was fantastic but talking with Dennis was the best way to start the day! We were greeting by him with a smile and a friendly voice. He pointed out all of the delicious food that was on displayed. He made sure we had everything we needed and even brought me extra hot water to make a better cup of tea! It was such a pleasure to have a friendly person to talk with before setting off for our long drive home.

Breakfast was exceptional-lots of options and extras including drizzles and nuts for waffles! Staff was very nice! Lobby was so nicely decorated for fall! Free warm cookies and coffee station/tea station with several types of coffees - teas -creamers etc. Very clean!

the location was not far from my sister's nursing home and it was easy to find. We were able to find shops and eateries easily. people were friendly and helped with directions. the pool was accessible.

the pool was too close to the windows of the hotel's offices and they kept them open so they could watch the people in the pool. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

I thought the price was okay - it could have been lower but I know inflation is affecting prices across the board. They needed another staff person helping in the breakfast area. The one woman who was working there was doing her best to keep everything stocked and clean but she needed help. If she had another person helping her, I would have given the hotel an "excellent" rating.

Staff were pleasant especially Dennis with the breakfast. Such a personable, friendly and hard working individual. He decorated the breakfast area with holiday themed materials and made everyone feel welcomed.

Check in associate and amenities were fabulous.

My room - 321 - reading light on right side of nightstand. - where I usually sleep - was not working. Hole behind toilet. Slow drain in tub… just things that kept it from perfect 10

The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing every single day!! They made sure we had clean linens and trash out every day. Was very clean, and staff very friendly.

Staff was awesome. During these times when customer service is almost non-existent, this staff killed it. Always polite, always friendly and knowledgeable

The water tastes bad out of faucet. Probably a city problem. The air conditioner doesn't get very cool. Pillows flat.

The staff was great. The property was clean and well maintained.

Some of the other guests should treat the staff and premises better. The staff works hard to maintain their property so the guest should respect that and keep it clean themselves.
