clean, friendly staff. Ms. Marie, Manager, extra nice. there was a problem with our code in booking that did not translate to Marriott courtyard code. So, the first day, they denied us breakfast. I asked for a manager to call me, but no one did. But, on day two, Miss Marie corrected the issue and we were able to have breakfast.

Breakfast choices for included breakfast were heavy, carb laden, pre-cooked sandwiches…..the only other choices were fruit cup and fruit with yogurt. all carb laden. No low carb/sugar options on that menu. you could, however, pay to get eggs orca more friendly menu. But the included menu is not Keto or carb friendly. We were assigned a handicap accessible room. THE ONLY MIRROR IN THE ROOM WAS OVER THE BATHROOM SINK. There was no full length mirror or mirror outside of the bathroom. Also, no microwave.

Room was clean and comfy. Location is close to everything I needed.

Starbucks was awful. Wasted almost $16 on 2 coffees. One didn’t have any coffee in it and the other tasted like spoiled milk. I never get coffee at the hotel so it was a huge disappointment to say the least. However, it will not stop me from staying again. We didn’t say anything to the staff because we were well down the road before we noticed.

The staff was exceptional.Daphne was a life saver when booking .com messed up our reservation.We cannot thank her enough. The other staff at front desk was so friendly and nice. We had a great time there. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfortable, clean, and nice area

We had a 10pm landing flight only to get to our first hotel at 11pm to find out we didn't have a room, because it was overbooked, so they didn't have a room for us. So we had to search for a new room at midnight. Booking associate left us on hold for more than 30mins, just to tell us that we had to book another room ourselves. We had to drive over 20mins to find another room and didn't get to check in until 4am. This was a huge inconvenience.

The location was perfect being near the interstate with plenty of restaurants nearby. All the employees were very helpful and friendly.

We entered the side entrance with our luggage. It was raining. The parking lot area at the end of the sidewalk was slightly flooded and mud was flowing down the small grade onto the sidewalk. The landscaping at the side entrance needs to be corrected. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The cost was over our budget.

wish there were more handicap accessible rooms. The bathroom in our room was big enough to install grab bars next to and behind the toilet and to help someone in and out of the shower.

Staff was very friendly - the ladies at the front desk were very personable. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The location was perfect and I felt very safe.

Great Location, excellent staff and really clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and excellent access. Room was spacious, in a nice spot. Nothing to fault!

The layout of the room was inconvenient. The bed wasn't situated in front of the TV. Instead we had to lay sideways or turn our heads to the right just to watch TV. Not comfortable. Otherwise, it was fine.
