They didn't empty trash and refresh towels daily. I also didn't appreciate them banging on the door on checkout day to tell us to check out. I told the lady I felt it was rude and unprofessional and she replied "you'll be ok!" I don't pay for service like this and I am very disappointed.

Large room with a large bed, clean, towels and bed linen are clean. I liked the shower and the large window

The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. Self check-in was a bit confusing. Small refrigerator

It was clean, and the room was spacious. Huge bathroom with a poorly fitting barn door. Love seat that opens to bed. Desk, small table. Microwave, refrigerator with small freezer. Kitchen type area but no sink there. Temperpedic mattress was comfortable. Room was warm/hot and overnight outside temp hit 18.

Barn door for bathroom, curtains use chains to raise and lower but chains were fully at topmost position. Making it very difficult to open them. Luckily I had needle nose pliers and could grab the end of the chain to close the curtains. There are 2 curtains; blackout and semitransparent.

As you walk in the lobby there's a kiosk to check in and it made the process fast & efficient, though I wasn't exactly sure what to do there was a very kind woman behind the desk who helped me with what turned out to be simple. The room was clean and very spacious (I stayed in the double queen suite) I would definitely stay here again with my family! (This time we were running from hurricane Milton)

That the tv would just change channels as you're watching a movie & that the very cute lights between bed didn't work and there's no over head light so pretty dark when the sun goes down. Rm 602

Friendly employees, great rates for the area, clean room

Elevator broken on the morning we were leaving - and we were on the fifth floor. I have bad knees and the trip down was less than pleasant. This is my second time staying where the elevator was broken mid visit. I’ve also noticed that there is a SMELL in the hallways every time - it’s different floor to floor, and doesn’t seem to be in the rooms - but it’s a bad first impression. Oh, and the bathroom doors are either too big, too small, or missing the hook lock. Whoever thought that barn doors for a bathroom were a good idea should be banned from interior design forever.

I was really surprised by how nice a hotel this was for the price I paid. My guess is it is a newly renovated property and is maybe just getting re-established?

The check in kiosk was REALLY confusing to me. I suppose this will be a trend I need to get used to. Thankfully they had staff at the desk who saw my confusion and proceeded to help me understand I needed to check in at the kiosk, and helped me through the process. Weird! Person pops up on the screen and does the actual work. The overall experience was well worth getting over this hurdle, and my guess these kiosks are just another thing I need to get used to as aging traveler...

Nice rooms - better than I expected. Nice and modern looking. Many nice touches throughout. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. There was a couch, a kitchen area a table with 2 chairs with a fridge and a microwave, and there was also a desk, so that was a nice surprise.

The room smelled a little weird, almost like it used to be a smoking room and the walls were painted over to mask the smell. I'm not sure if that's what it was, but it was less noticeable the 2nd day. Also, the freezer portion of the small fridge had a lot of ice build-up and a small amount of water dripped onto the floor of the fridge. It needs to be defrosted.

The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was clean. Very simple and basic. The area was rather quiet, and just 6 minutes from Truist Park. We never felt unsafe while entering, staying or exiting the hotel.

Check-in and out is done at a kiosk in the lobby. I didn't have any trouble but the gentleman in front of me did. It took at least ten minutes before someone finally came to help him. Other than that, the duvet cover on one of the beds had some spots that could have been or not been stains. Either way I would have liked for there to have been someone at the desk to replace it but we only ended up using one bed so it worked out for us.

Great locale, just off the freeway & not far from the ballpark. And Kingside room just off the lobby on ground floor ~ Woo-Hoo!! -Staff was pleasant & helpful.

-The morning coffee service was less than expected, fancy machine but limited options. -The microwave in the room didn't work for me so I had to go down the hallway to the common area to reheat some food. -The light strip on top of the headboard; I prefer it dark when I sleep so it was a distraction. -They use a video kiosk to check-in, the staff speak too fast considering that English is not their first language. It might be good to inform them that they should speak more slowly so that they can be more easily understood.
