I liked the greeting when I walked in, the exceptional and professional customer service with fully explaining everything. Easily and quickly with getting extra towels, etc for the pool. Great breakfast and also pleasant check out. Also, LOVE the body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion pumps!!

There was really nothing I didn't like. We were there on a very sad situation and it was really a pleasant stay. I would give this hotel at least a 4.5 start especially for the value!

Very comfortable bed my sleep was restful. Room was very quiet I didn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Room was pretty much updated with the exception of a few things.

The carpet in the room is old and frayed. Consider updating to vinyl flooring. Need better condiments for coffee. Provide more then one packet of coffee.

Comfortably clean. Friendly night clerk. Breakfast was a good starter - yogurt variety , nice bananas, fresh muffins, as well as bagels, bread for toast, & cold cereals. Toaster, microwave, cream cheese, jellies. Coffee, selection of creamers; variety of juices. A nice grab & go. We left rested & refreshed.

Handicap room had no place for belongings, so used top of closed toilet seat in bathroom and rolled desk/type chair to vanity area. (Might have used ironing board, I guess)

THE BED IS SOOO COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFAST BAR IN THE MORNING GAVE ME THE BOOST THAT I NEEDED TO START MY DAY

THE FRONT DESK CLERK, HIS ATTITUDE WAS SHORT AND SLIGHTLY RUDE WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT MY KEY CARD NOT WORKING WHEN I USED IT AFTER CHECKIN

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The staff is always so very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was really good. It was a great value. We stop there whenever we're in the area.

The road noise is loud, but the location is an easy on and off..

The bed was amazing. The sheets and towels were clean and stain free. Setup was nice. Showers as nice. Location was near a lot of food places. Housekeeping very effective and the man at the front desk was very helpful. Overall my stay was great and I would stay again!

The older caucasian lady was less friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change was the microwave wasn't properly cleaned and there was mildew under the fridge.

The front desk clerk was nice and professional. Explained in detail the rates and fees. The property is clean and beds are very comfortable. Third time staying and enjoyed each time.

The lobby area doors was a little dirty. I know how clean the property is from past experience but if a person never been they would feel the place is not clean just by the lobby doors being dirty and lobby area was dusty from the dirty outside.

I loved the location, the room it self, and the cost.

My refrigerator was leaking and not cold. Also they could update the carpet as well. and my couch in my room was dirty looking.

Ease of checking in and helped to get us into a pet friendly room and very reasonable pricing. Clean for the most part.

The floors were very dirty. Just walking from the bed to the bathroom and back made my feet dirty. I had to wash them before I could put my shoes on
