The staff. I had arrived late at night and needed to change my room to better accommodate my wife’s bad back. The reception staff simply asked what I needed, found something that was just right. The next morning they inquired how my wife was. In addition, when we went to breakfast, the cook went out of her way to see that we got everything we wanted. And the food was good. That’s what makes you want to come back.

I left before breakfast started. I'm quite accustomed to missing breakfast however. I did not have need of the wifi, so I have nothing to say about it. Property was VERY conveniently located for my purposes. Key cards, elevator, lights, TV, restroom fixtures all worked, no issues.

I was hot and tired when I walked into my room. The heat/AC unit was turned off. It was almost as warm in my room as it was outside (mid to high 80's) and took almost an hour with the AC on high to cool the room down. I have noticed many hotels will adjust the temp on the unit to save some energy for days/nights that the room is not rented, and I understand, but having it turned off was an unpleasant surprise. Walls and doorways bear witness to heavy use, could use a little paint & update, tidy up the walls and door trim etc, but that didn't affect my sleep of course!

This property was clean! Miss Emma is the best breakfast cook I have personally ever had at a typical hotel. She is a special lady and made my stop one that I will forever remember!

The only things I can say I didn’t love was an uncontrollable, and it was the overall location.

The property was beside a Waffle House and behind a Quality Inn. It was in a good location seeming to be off from everything else. At first we thought GPS had taken us to the wrong location but the hotel sits in the back “in the cut” behind some trees. The building was pretty clean from the outside. The room that we stayed in met our needs and the beds were comfortable. Only downside was that the ice machine/laundry room was across the hallway from our room and you could hear the ice “dropping” down in the machine. We were also near the stairs and you could hear the stair door closing at times. We were traveling for a softball tournament, and the hotel, in general, met our expectations for a good night’s sleep in a safe environment.

We did not eat the breakfast, as we left early.

When I pulled back the covers of the bed, to check the linen, i found more than 7 strands of individual hair! It was disgusting to see but I always travel with extra linen and remade your made to my satisfaction.

beds and pillows were great, it was clean

didn’t care for the location of the property. it was in a sort of industrial area. stayed only to get off the road after a long day of driving. they put us on a floor with a lot of kids which didn’t help to get to sleep and up early to get back on the road. suggest having the grab and go start at 6 am. didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast because we left at 6 am.

location was great for food and shopping. Beautiful walking path near by. Hotel was clean

Wanted to check in early and couldn't staff was low. Couldn't use the fitness area a to many kids playing there and staff said nothing.

Front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean. There was a heated indoor pool we didn't use it was late when we checked in.

Nothing really. Everything was on par. The price was a little high for my liking but most hotels in the area were higher.

Quiet and clean. The morning breakfast lady was phenomenal

Desk, clerk was condescending and talked to me like I was not the brightest. Fast, scripted, and I didn’t feel comfortable even asking her a question

The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival and she was very thorough. i wish i had asked for her name

The location. the surrounding area wasnt the best with people standing around and its a very busy areas
