Taylor was super helpful in our registration process ess when we arrived. Above and beyond her role, she took care of us. Great beds, comfy. Very quiet hotel,except for the door on the first level at the side entrance. There was a young gentleman that assisted us on the morning we checked out on 9/28 that was super friendly, very helpful. Great staff. Will definitely return.

Everything was clean, the refrigerator worked and was clean. Good wifi.

There was someone who unlocked my room and tried to come in, which I later found out was a manager. There was no knocking. Just scanned the card and tried to come in. When I got up to look through the peephole, I saw a woman in plain regular clothes with no indication that it could've been an employee. When I called the front desk to let them know that someone had just tried to access my room, they let me know that it was probably a manager. So maybe a knock or an announcement that someone was about to enter my room would've been nice.

Each night of our stay we encountered welcoming, pleasant, friendly faces! Check-in/out were hassle-free and the staff was knowledgeable and patient. The entrance inside and out was clean, rooms well groomed, and if there was anything we needed, we had no trouble getting assistance. I especially enjoyed seeing a familiar face, Mr. Janero Jones! His attentiveness to customers is remarkable. He is a gentle giant and a fighter among champs, keep fighting J!!! I very briefly encountered the Asst. Mgr. and Manager on my way out and both these women were a delight! If you want to stay in a welcoming, clean and comfortable location, 100 Mill Rd., McDonough, GA is where it’s at!

Construction workers or roofers, couldn’t exactly tell but they brought critters/bugs. The room we stayed in had too many to count. We knew where they possibly were from because we’d passed the men coming in on night two of our three days and my husband does similar work. Knowing this we didn’t make a fuss. I mean, our we had ZERO issues with our rooms until then.

Nice and new. Staff was friendly. The location is a good for food and it’s close to the interstate. The breakfast looked about like any other hotel breakfast. Eating area was clean and everything was well attendedm

Parking was a little tight. There were some vehicles with trailers that took up multiple parking spaces as they didn’t really have an option. The clientele was a bit of an issue. While I realize this isn’t necessarily something the hotel can dictate, it is something of note. I was awakened by a couple yelling obscenities at each other at 4:30am. They did not stop till 5:00am or so. They were walking up and down the halls.

Staff was very nice. Nice clean lobby. Clean rooms. It wasn't loud or noisy. We even went to a church service that was there that weekend. The other guests were friendly, and we had a nice time at the flea market we went to across the street.

The breakfast was not that great. There was only one person making all the food, and she kept running out. It was memorial day wknd. The hotel should have had more staff helping for breakfast. Food was running out too fast, and it wasn't that great. I felt bad for the lady working.

This hotel was exceptionally clean. The different foods they had for breakfast, I really enjoyed the breakfast..

The second day we were there, breakfast ended at 9am, I wasn't able to eat because the took breakfast up at 820am because they didn't have enough, all the hotels I've visited in different places, I've never had that to happen. The only reason I chose this hotel was the breakfast and swimming pool. So if I don't get breakfast, I see that as a big problem

The room was clean and facility looks pretty up-to-date. Staff was nice. It was pretty quiet and uneventful during our stay. Breakfast is the standard hotel stuff, nothing fancy. It’s close to several stores, restaurants, and the highway.

Facility is nice, but there were some minor cosmetic things we noticed (I.e., baseboard coming away from wall in bedroom). We came back late to the room on the 2nd night and there wasn’t any parking. Also, had a hard time reaching the front desk person after hours. They advertise early check-in on their site, but we were unable to do so the day of check-in.

The breakfast was good and the location was good.

I had booked our reservations a couple of weeks before our trip and asked for a king size bed for handicap person. I received a call from a staff member the day before we left and explained to her that my husband was not handicap but he was90 years old with COPD and if possible it would help him if we could get a room with king size bed on first floor. She told me it would not be a problem but when we arrived to check they did not have a room for us with king size bed and we had to wait for 30 minutes for another room that had two queen beds. Other than this everything was very nice.

I booked for an last minute visit with family. The hotel location was convenient to where my family lived. The hotel was looked and smelled clean from the lobby to the elevator to the room. I had my 2 year old toddler and I couldn’t have been happier with the room location on the 3rd floor. All of the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast staff was super helpful and made sure that we had what we needed. This was one of the best hotel visits I’ve had. JOB WELL DONE!

For the short amount of time that I was there, nothing went wrong. I have no complaints whatsoever.
