The location of Extended Stay America is conveniently located near an Outlet Mall, Publix grocery store and an assortment of restaurants, a nail/spa etc. The size of the room was ideal for a family of three. Most especially, Craig (front desk associate) exuded impeccable integrity and customer service. We will certainly return to this Savannah location on our next trip. Thank you for such wonderful hospitality! PS The value of the lodging accommodations was 50% less than previous stays in Savannah. Can't beat that!

The value of the room far exceeded our expectation. The room was spacious with two queen sized beds, there was a partial partition that separated the beds (which was cool). The room comes with a full sized refrigerator and a stove top (which was awesome), to say the least. At the time of our visit, the hotel was very quiet, which we loved!

Location is great, close to airport, shopping and restaurants.

Request a room on top floor. Person above me kept walking back and forth from 11:00pm-1ish am. And I mean walking hard. Like there’s no where to go in that room. What was that person reason for doing that?

Location was nice, close to the outlet mall with plenty of restaurant options. Room was spacious, I was given the handicap accessible room. That was all that was left.

There was dog hair all over the bed and trash in the trashcan upon walking in. Also, the elevator was broken and we were on the 2nd floor.

Staff very friendly. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was grab and go. Also nothing in room, but had to get dishes, etc. from front desk.

My stay in Savannah was unexpected - traffic on I-95 was horrendous, and after 10 hours on the road, I had had enough! This extended-stay hotel was selected because of its close proximity to the Interstate and fair price. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was equipped with full kitchen facilities, though we did not use them they appeared almost new and in very good condition. Staff was kind and considerate.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like.

I was happy to finally find a property that was clean. We have not had very good luck over the past three years and we questioned if a nice place even existed anymore. Premier Suites in Pooler was very clean and well kept.

No coffee pot in the room although they did have it available in the lobby area. I did not see where the breakfast was in the morning (if they had it).

Everything was very well maintained and clean. Everything in the room looked new. I liked that there was no carpet to collect germs. I liked the partial wall between the beds for privacy.

The only suggestion is to improve the breakfast selection. There were no juices and no milk. Adding some premade waffels and pancakes to microwave would have been great also.

It was pet friendly. Love the location by the mall and shopping area and,it was clean

That when I checked in the young lady gave us a room and people were already in it ,but the person who changed the room didn't make a note of it that the room was rented out., but the young lady was nice. The housekeeping were not nice they didn't speak to the guest just looked mean. I work at a hotel before and I always ask how was your stay are u ok do you need anything nothing like that.

New and perfectly clean rooms, it felt good staying there. It felt like a nice home where I could even live. and the location is really good too, outlet mall next door was good for a quick shopping trip

I couldn’t turn off the AC and the fridge never stopped working, but I took care of these with totally shut them off :) And of course you can hear loudly people walking above you but that’s normal in buildings nowadays

Very close to interstate 95. Also, the room was very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the Savannah airport. Jets taking off were about as loud as distant thunder. Finally, when checking in, Craig was so nice, very helpful.

Honestly, and this is such a small thing, the shower could have more pressure for my liking. I’ll be staying there again in a few days on my way back home.
