The place was clean and comfortable and convenient for our needs. The hot breakfast was a plus also

Staff could have been a little more friendly. We ask for trash to be emptied and fresh towels from staff on first morning of a two night stay. One of the female staff members said well we might as well go home and our room was never serviced. We had to ask for towels and carried our own trash out. On the evening shift the clerk his name was Chris seemed like he was more worried about smoking and talking on phone outside verses staying in and handling desk just kinda gave you the feeling you was interrupting him

The hotel was close to my daughter's college & also conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The room was clean. I liked the separate desk & coach area as well. There was a space where I could work when needed.

WiFi wasn't the best, I had a hard time connecting. I also walked into the lobby more than once and had to find someone to help me because no one was working at the front desk. Even during checkout, I waited with another customer for help. I walked around & found someone in the kitchen, who then found someone to help us check out.

We liked the breakfast selection. For the most part, the room was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was off the main drag, tucked away in a great location. We liked the accommodating staff, especially the warm and welcoming smile of Chris. We also liked the GM, she was very friendly and helpful with finding our way around the city. We would most definitely stay here again!

The "hot" breakfast food was always cold every morning. The hot water in the shower was at best just above lukewarm and had a sulfuric odor. We had to request new towels at the front desk each time we needed them and empty our own trash every day. The bathroom was not quite clean upon arrival...we noticed unknown fingerprint stains on the door and boogers on the shower curtain, also unknown fingerprint stains on the curtains by the bed. The parking lot could use more lighting.

This is a pretty decent stay for a quick weekend trip to the beach. The most amazing thing about this place is the staff!!!! So many black men and women with wonderful customer service. Anything that I needed, they were right on it! The breakfast was alright. They have an indoor pool and gym, which is nice. I enjoyed my stay here. It's also really close to tons of restaurants, Walmart, gas stations etc. The room came with a fridge, microwave and couch. It was nice and spacious. I wish I would've taken more photos. My family and I were satisfied.

It was clean and quiet. An awesome sleep. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Near restaurants and shopping. It was a good middle point from the locations I came to visit.

Due to coronavirous the pool use was limited and by reservation only one family at a time. When we looked in on the pool there was plastic around the pool so the last family was messy. We went to Tybee instead.

The room was very smartly designed. I liked the separate desk and pony wall. The bathroom sink outside of the shower area was just right for a larger party. The breakfast was awesome - especially the waffles.

We were farther from downtown than we expected. Nonetheless, we were close to every service we needed.

Keeping too times, I'm typically the type of person too get up early so breakfast at 6:30 was nice, typically didn't keep too that time and breakfast would start later

IT WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE FOOD THAT WE ATE WAS VERY GOOD.

THE ONLY THING THAT WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING WAS THE BREAKFAST MEAT. I'M SURE IT WAS FINE TO OTHERS BUT WE AREN'T USE TO VEGETABLE AND TURKEY SAUSAGES AND THAT WAS ALL THAT WAS OFFERED AND WE MISSED HAVING GRITS.

The breakfast was great. The first milk I opened tasted spoil. The date was current I’m assuming they left it sitting in room temperature too long before refrigeration.(transferring on cart)

The extra linen in room for folding bed had been used and put back as if it was cleaned. The attendant on duty fixed and made sure we were comfortable. I think she’s the General or high in management

The hospitality was great the room was cute and the breakfast was decent.

The pull out coach and the chair in the room was broken, not perfect, but it was overall a really good experience. A little flaws here and there, but nothing that dramatics impacted the trip negatively.
