We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Rooms include large bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, & lotion. Not the cheap terrible smelling kind like at most hotels. These products are better compared to herbal essence and all of them smell amazing. The breakfast bar is open till 10am and is ultra kid friendly. Wave your hand by the sensor on the machine and pancakes roll out onto your plate. Of course our kids were so excited to make their own pancakes and then top them with whatever topping they wanted. They offer whip crème, M&Ms, almonds, chocolate chips, cranberries, Etc. They also offer scrambled eggs and various other hot dishes that change each day. I honestly would recommend staying outside of the downtown area as the night crowd in Savannah is not kid friendly and has trashed even the nicest hotels located in the downtown area. Unfortunately, we know first hand. We ended up making a last minute booking with Tru by Hilton which was very easy to do and literally found our new favorite hotel. Tru’s parking lot was huge, free, and well lit. Hotel is not within walking distance of the Historic Downtown area, but it is only a short drive away. The public parking garages located in the historic district cost between $9- $15 for 2-8 hours and are within a short walking distance to the shopping area along the water. Overall Tru by Hilton is a fantastic hotel and I highly recommend you stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tru and found that some of the complaints from previous reviewers were baseless or misguided. For the value of the hotel you couldn’t get a better stay. The front staff was helpful, especially the young man who works in the evenings. Fresh Towel and trash taken out daily. The room was clean, small but comfortable and well designed. The breakfast was my favorite. A pancake machine! Plenty bread options. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, toppings. Coffee, juices. Wonderful spread. If a food item runs out the quickly refill it. Plus a market with a variety of snacks and drinks that’s open 24/7 Also If you bring a fur baby, the side exit leads straight into a grassy area designed for animals. Location just 15 min or less to the historic center. Free parking a big plus!

I wish the TV allowed you to chrome cast or log into streaming apps.

We chose this hotel while traveling to Savanah.. It's dog-friendly, so it's perfect for us and our Westie. The hotel has free parking and a good location if you are traveling by car. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Pancake machine on breakfast is great entertainment for kids and adults.

When we booked the hotel it was written that they have baby cobs, but they didn't. It was surprising to know just before the travel. It would be good to have a little more choice on breakfast. For example, cheese and some ham.

Modern design and furnishings. confortable bed and pillows. Decent breakfast choices.

Rooms to the East face a neighboring parking lot which on a Sunday night (2am Monday) seemed to attract some unusual activity in the name of drag racing. Not sure if there was more than one vehicle involved but the one there made enough noise to let everyone in the city they were revving their engines. There were even young children celebrating the event. Lucky for us the show didn’t last very long and after 30 min everything was as it was meant to be.

Location is perfect if you don't want to go all the way into Savannah. Near Family, so that why I've chosen it.

DO Not have FoxNews on in the breakfast area. Just makes me pissed off with it's false views and white supremacist garbage.

Nice new , fresh look, clean! Rooms were new technologies and had many convient factors ! A bit small and no great window views but Very well appointed lobby with lots of extras ! Comfy, b fast items done well for fast food convience ! Nice touches like flavored water, 24 by 24 hot beverage bar! Lobby seating was very comfortable and games areas and TV area well planned! Great service w friendly and k iwledgeable staff! Price was very pleasing and location great!

Convient to everything; can be downtown in 15 to 20 minutes. Accessible to good food and could actually walk to the mall. The attendant (Shane’s) was excellent ! She deserves a promotion. She was a World Of Information and had to where so many hats after 5 o’clock.

Housekeeping could have been better. On our last day she didn’t touch our room, even after I spoke to her personally. It’s a pet friendly property, but I wish people would keep their pets off the furniture !

The hotel was clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful.

We didn't like all the noise we kept hearing during 10pm-3am. We think alot of the noise was coming from the restaurant/bar behind the hotel that had nightly hours, but also dealt with some inconsiderate guests in the hallways during those said hours also, but the inconsiderate guests were going all the way to 10pm-6am 3 nights We were there. I think the same 3 nights for the restaurant behind the hotel to.

The hotel had an adequate breakfast. Small, but nicely equipped gym. The rooms have tons of USB ports, are clean and well designed. You can buy beer to take up to your room. I loved the pool table, though we didn't have time to play.

I felt the breakfast didn't have enough healthier options. I got tired of it after a couple of days. The location is convenient, but not nice. It's in a strip mall next to the highway, but there's a burrito place next door.

The staff, the hotel, everything was awesome.

The surrounding neighborhood didn't seem very welcoming. The Odyssey Bar behind it had police there and it seemed like a volatile situation. There really was nothing nearby as far as decent restaurants and places to go like bars or something along those lines. Also, we thought we booked a suite and it wasn't. But the room was fine.
