Excellent location on main street with walking access to bars, restaurants and historic places of interest.

As an overseas traveller we had limited access to wifi and the technology needed to communicate easily with the host over arrival procedures and form they wanted completed. This was overly complex and I recommend the property agents take this on board more, for example providing a phone number where we could have called them to work through what they needed.

Great location for exploring the historic district. Spacious and clean, ideal for a long stay in the city.

The cleaning fee of $190 is laughably excessive: 1.5x the cost per night on booking.com. This feels like an intentional policy, i.e., keep the advertised room cost low to attract interest and then recoup through additional fees. This is not unique to this property, as booking.com should be listing the full price per night in the listings.

I loved the quality of the furniture and the kitchen equipment and supplies in the room. Cleaning staff throughout the building was friendly. I received quick responses from texting the team for support. The location of the property is impeccable. The restaurant downstairs was also very good also, though not part of the rental unit.

Some plugs didn't work, like the one the microwave was plugged into as well as the garbage disposal. The door lock on the inside of the door was damaged. The apartment is rather noisy from people above, the hallway, or beside you.

Having a 1 BR apartment, with kitchen and laundry for stay was a game-changer! We brought breakfast items & snacks to help keep the trip affordable. Ref had a filtered water/ice dispenser which was another perk. Coming back from the beach, towels could be washed/dried (detergent was provided!) minimizing the sand collection that normally occurs. The sofa bed was actually comfortable, and looking out over Broughton was fun as a people-watcher. Each unit seems to have its own hot water heater, so showers were always hot.

Above-floor noise. With lofted ceilings (a great aesthetic), there was very little sound absorption between floors. Easily heard bar stools sliding across the floor and even footsteps from the apartment above. Not a big deal during the day, but when it happens after midnight when you are trying to sleep, it's not so dismissive. We were on the 3rd floor, so not sure if we had the same effect on those below us, but it definitely made us more aware of our noise levels. Plan to leave your car parked or risk not having somewhere to park during the weekend. Parking is expensive, so be prepared to add that to your trip cost. We underestimated the cost. On-street parking is free on Sundays at least.

Brilliantly located in the heart of Downtown Savannah, with easy access to the building and apartment. The loft was beautifully designed and my main complaint was that it felt like a waste being there on my own! Had I been sharing the cost, as you would probably often be, it would have been extremely good value, too (as opposed to the good value it represented for me, given its location and level of finish, as well as the relative cost of other similarly located rooms). It had an extremely well-apportioned kitchen with all amenities you could ask for, and some nice touches in terms of coffee and brewing methods provided. If you wanted to cook your meals during your stay, you wouldn't have any difficulty in producing whatever it was you fancied.

The Apple TV remote was old and semi-unresponsive/non-functional, to the point of being quite annoying, and the locks on the doors into the bedroom and ensuite were seemingly slightly worn and laborious to work out how to operate.

Very large and beautiful flat, comfortable, clean, good location, excellent facilities.

A huge cockroach came from the holes between the floor and the wall! I understand this a style choice, but you should have sealed the space between the floor and the wall, and the holes on the wall, to avoid this very predictable accident. Also, it was impossible to communicate with the receptionists, except when THEY called ME to ask me to cancel my first reservation less than 24h before my stay, because THEY did an overbooking.

The location was wonderful, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and out of the main tourist area so we were able to access shops for necessities, not just souvenirs and boutiques. The furnishings were simple and practical yet comfortable and modern. You could feel the history of the building.

One side of the bed was droopy, so it took effort to keep from rolling off. The rooms are above a restaurant and bar so walking into the building between outside chairs and tables was at first uncomfortable. We did not hear noise from below, except street noise, but we did hear people walking above us. None of this would keep me from staying again .

Location was great and the facilities were nice. Clean, safe, and very spacious spot. Also beds were super comfortable and roomy. I will definitely stay here again if I visit.

There is noise. Delivery trucks deliver early in the morning, the church bell there chimes every 15 min for some reason, and the guest in rooms above can be heard walking around. This being said most of it goes with staying in a place downtown and is expected. Also I feel it’s out of there control. IMO this is a small thing that personally didn’t bother me but I could see it being important info for others.

Location was perfect for walking around the city. Size and layout of the apartment was great. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Couldn’t use the oven without the fire detector going off. It detected the heat from opening the oven every time. Upstairs neighbor appears to have had a toddler that really liked moving the furniture around. Once that kid was up and moving that meant we were up also. Parking is not available at the property, however there is a garage a block away and the prices were not bad.
