I loved that the apartment is located in the heart of the historic district, within a few minutes' walk from major attractions and restaurants.

I did not like that the luggage storage is not located in the same building and that the hours are not practical. Because of this we had to miss one of our reserved tours.

The location is excellent, a few blocks from the waterfront. I very much liked the room, spacious, the walls in exposed brick, antique wood floors and ceilings, stylish decoration, it has character. More amenities than I needed for a short stay (washer dryer full kitchen) Access was easy. As a bonus, the ground floor is a Starbucks.

One small issue was the shower faucet didn't work very well. Had to pull really hard to get water flowing. Feels like at some point the faucet is going to come of the wall. Those with heavy luggage be aware that you have to climb one level of stairs.

Cute apartment, clean and in great shape. The location is the best. It may get noisy (we were there on St. Pat. day)

The kitchen was very large for this type of location, it would have been nice to forgo the large kitchen and closet and instead throw in a little seating area. Just my opinion. The one thing happened, though. We had a discount link for getting a parking pass in a garage nearby sent by Sonder. When i got the pass, it would not let me set the end date and defaulted to one day at $20. After parking, I tried to extend the pass for the next day and the cost for an extra day was $100. We ended up scanning out and buying a new day pass through the link, but it required us to leave the garage and come back. Seemed like a glitch in the system.

Very conveniently located to just about everything downtown!

Windows were very old and the noise from outside was abundant. You could hear every conversation from folks walking past, below and every vehicle that went by. Sounders provided ear plugs on the night stands so they knew it was a loud apartment, but it wasn’t disclosed on the listing as being a concern.

Luggage storage was super helpful! The provided coffee is delicious! Comfortable bed. All needed amenities including a noise cancelation machine and ear plugs.

We had the superior studio (2J) and right outside was the Lutheran Church that rang it's bell every 15mins (no jokes). We tried to take an afternoon nap and it kept disturbing us. I know they gave us ear plugs which could have been a solution - but we didn't use it. In all honestly though - we stopped hearing it by the second day, just got used to it.

Location-FANTASTIC, in shop district, above Starbucks, short walk to shops , restaurants STYLE-Modern, large bathroom and bedroom, spacious living and kitchen area for one person

1. Couch has seen better days, could use replacement 2. Cleaning needs to step up-very dusty items such as tables, coffee maker, toilet base 3. One Window sill has rotted wood frame that needs to be repaired 4. As everyone stated-you can hear EVERY conversation since the walls are you thin and no sound proofing. 5. Needs more lighting in the living room 6. Could use a tv in the bedroom

Everything!! It was like being at home while on vacation. Such a cute, little apartment. They provided laundry and dishwashing detergent which was a huge plus! It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the middle of the action in Savannah!

If we have to pick something, it would be not having an elevator, but that was still ok with us! We definitely needed the exercise!

We stayed in a one bedroom suite in the apartments by Starbucks, and loved our location and place. They really provided everything you needed and more. Since Savannah has so many great restaurants, we didn’t use the stove but it’s nice to have if we booked over the holidays. There is a coffee machine, full refrigerator with ice cube trays, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. I loved their Jonathan Adler bath products. They provide all the necessities (soaps, sponge, coffee, creamer, teas, etc.) so no need for a grocery stop). We had a view of Broughton Street (some trees which provided privacy), and didn’t find it to be noisy at all (stayed Wednesday to Friday - weekends might be but we would expect that since we are conveniently located to everything). In case needed, they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. The State Street parking garage was across the street, which was a plus (total $25 for 2 days). Check-in and communications were great. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to book this place again later this year!
