The facility is nice, the room is clean and spacious. The employees were friendly. We didn't get breakfast, because the power went out during Hurricane Helene. We went for a doctor's appointment for my son. The staff did what they could to accommodate us.

I would say the one thing that I was not happy with, was the fact that when the power went out, the stairwells did not have any light. We had to use our cell phones for light, and that is not good. This is a safety issue. If the power goes out, they should have a back up generator or the very least a way to light the stairwells, as you obviously can't use the elevators.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah! The hotel has a great outdoor patio, pool and gym. Staff was kind and very helpful at all hours. The hotel itself is close to everything with rooms that are a good size. We loved the kitchenette area, and the daily breakfast.

Bathrooms were small and a little aged and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. We never seemed to have enough towels, and had to wait later in the day for them a few times due to the hotel constantly being at full capacity. Even so— the staff worked hard to meet every need.

Hotel with great location and easy access the concept location parking is great. Rooms were clean and all the utensils were in good shape and usable as well as the appliances.

One thing that I didn’t like, and that I complained about at the front desk was that housekeeping was not done, even though our stay was for three nights. The hotel posts that housekeeping would be done every other day and even though there were always visible housekeepers within range, no one ever did the room.

The room was nice. The kitchen had a good size fridge. Not a mini fridge. It also had a microwave to reheat things when needed.

The parking lot was a bit of an issue for your pickups. The trolley parked next door. And was later than the staff said it would arrive. Which made me worry that we were skipped over. It showed up eventually. Not the hotels fault but they should not state that it will be there at the earlier time frame.

The room was very clean with comfortable beds, pillows could use to be replaced. The bus stop is right outside at the hotel, and it took us directly downtown, very convenient.

The walls are very thin, and our neighbors were very loud. We tried to get tea in the early evening, and they had none left.

The lay out was clean and organized. It was in an area with good seating and access to outside patio. The waffles were good which you could make yourself.

They didn't have a hot tray for eggs or protein. There was a warming cabinet for sandwiches, small omelets, and breakfast bowl. The food was not very warm at all.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great also.

Arriving after 5pm and room is still not ready. Staff has no control over this but having a noisy family on top of our room, child running and jumping all night. I suggest putting family with small children on the first floor.

Great location and good value for a Washington DC hotel. Management was very friendly and accommodating. Starbucks on site. Many Restaurants and groceries nearby. Dog friendly and great dog park a 10 minutes walk.

Only Valet parking at $50 a day but we did not need it. You can take Metro from the airport to the hotel. Very limited temporary street parking.

I loved the size of the room, as well as the convenience of having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. I also live the elevator going to my floor only, using my key.

I didn't like it when my room key suddenly stopped working the day before checkout.

Everything was great! The children enjoyed the pool and I loved the fact that I could do laundry on the same floor and it was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and sound proof, I couldn't hear the commotions in the hallway like other hotels. The beds were comfortable unlike others that are always lumpy.And lastly the staff were pleasant on approach and efficient.
