Clean and comfortable.

Good location

I like that I finally after staying here often over the years, got a decent room. No nasty carpet. Some type of wood floor and my tub was really clean.

It would be great to at least offer breakfast, take one of those empty rooms in put in a treadmill n weights a water cooler... do something with that abandoned swimming pool..clean it..open it. This little town only has 3 places to stay and their all "motel" type charging 3 star hotel prices.

Convenient location. Large room. Comfortable bed. Check in & out was easy at night window, same man was nice. Lobby closed due to C19 still...ok for the price.

Had to get an upstairs room for smoking. Knee Disability so it was a challenge. Pool closed, tarped. Felt rushed to get out so they could clean. Out dated & plumbing on shower needed work.

Space

They charge 25 bucks a night for pet which web site said nothing about. I had to pay 50 bucks for my service animal to stay with me 2 night. That is not right. I am a vet with it on my license and nothing.

I liked nothing the furniture was horrible one of my children picked up what he thought was a potato chip at one point and it ended up being a piece of someone's like foot skin horrible ants ants and roaches the pillows had white pillow coverings but you can see the stain on the pillow underneath

the whole trip was a scam they lied on the online add no jacuzzi no pool bad housekeeping front desk had no manners he tried to lie to me it tell me that I would get charged for one day no matter what because of the reservation

Unfortunately for Thomaston, they have the worst three inns to choose from.

The rooms are small enough to be cleaned better. All the urine around toilet, hair in tub, stained sheets ect.

Having roaches. Being called each and every morning (7) to see if I wanted my room cleaned. The phone itself was filthy as hell

Leaving

The attendant humiliated and discriminated against me for having a service dog. He demanded IDs and paperwork that under the ADA does NOT exist and then he charged me a pet deposit

Bed was comfy.

Stated already. No breakfast offered, no coffee or coffee pot
