The pool was always clean. The room was clean and spacious for 4 people. I loved the location and I never saw a bug. I WILL be staying again! The housekeeping let me use their broom because they don't clean stay overs. I recommend putting a broom and dustpan in stay over rooms because you know they're gonna track sand all in. I asked to be on the 1st floor because I have kids and they respected my request. I was grateful. The fact of how close it was to the ocean and lower price than hotel tybee sold me on it and I'm so glad it did.

We had a tile under the sink broke, our front door hinge would pop out and you'd have to smack it back in and slam the door to shut it, and the wall around the curtain rod was cracked. You get what you pay for tho. House keeping doesn't clean stayover. We were there for 4 days our floor got very nasty! The 2 kids channels didn't work. Cartoon Network was froze on 1 screen all 4 days and Nickelodeon had no sound. There was only 15 channels in total too. The internet was VERY spotty. Sometimes it'd go for hours with no wifi.

The rooms was fresh and clean, we were not told it was a smoking room at check-in but it smelt fresh and clean as though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the hotel was within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The beds were clean and sheets were fresh, they were even comfortable to sleep on as I have a bad back and was dreading an uncomfortable bed but was pleasantly surprised. Overall a wonderful stay.

We wish they would have had more parking available, the lot was small and didn't have very many parking spaces although they do provide a parking pass for anywhere on Tybee if there lot is full- you just have to fill out a paper for it and return it at the end of your stay. Bath tub was also slick and my husband fell getting in the first night we were there.

Fantastic location. Everything you would need for a beach vacation was within 3 blocks walking distance. Local historical attractions were within 10 minutes and were well priced and entertaining. The staff were fantastic from the desk, to housekeeping, to general maintenance. They were quick to supply any towels/soap/shampoo we needed without question. The AC worked very well. TV options were limited, but I used my own streaming device so it didn't matter. Wifi was not good. Mattresses are very firm, but pillows are new and medium so they help balance it out. Hot water lasted through 4 individual showers without any problems. Fridge had built up frost on coils so struggled to fully cool, but by second and third days was effective enough to cool drinks and keep food safe. $160 a night was very steep, and in other places would not have been a good value. For Tybee it was an excellent value and I would stay again.

That is was quite close to the beach, a convenience store, gas station, and within walking distance to restaurants and the pavilion/pier. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were very courteous as well! They don’t charge for parking!

The hotel itself needs updating. Basic maintenance is needed. Our toilet tank wouldn’t stop running, the overhead light in the sink area was missing it’s cover, and the entrance door is in need of replacement. It is warped and very difficult to open and close properly. A love seat is needed for more socializing comfort.

The location of this property is amazing for the price. You don’t have to cross any major roads, you can park your car and not have to move it again until you leave. Restaurants and the main strip are within walking distance. This is not a five star hotel, but great for the price.

Met expectations for the price we paid. Interior was a little sloppy (paint drips on the floor, unidentified spill on the bed railing) but can’t beat this price and location.

The decor was adorable! Loved the refrigerator! The best I have ever seen in a hotel! It was bigger and it actually kept things cold. The bed was sooooo comfy! I slept so good! Love, love how there was a night stand and plug ins on both sides of the bed!!!! That was awesome! Nice shower head! Ice machine worked great! Very nice staff!!! Overall it was a good place to stay. Would stay again.

The cable/tv wasn’t that great. Didn’t like that there wasn’t a phone to contact the front desk. No restroom in the front where you register.

The hospitality was amazing. Absolutely amazing area. Right off the 14th st beach entrance with Sting Ray's restaurant and lounge right across the street. 14th st is right in the middle of all the action. Breakfast spots all right on 15th and 16th, dinner and ice cream directly across the street. Loved our stay.

The bed was too hard. It actually hurt my body both mornings. The bathroom light flickered on and off.

Jeffrey was our housekeeper. Very nice and helpful. Front desk lady was helpful too. She got us a TV remote. Our room didnt have one when we checked in. The lady work very hard to make sure we got it. Thank you to the staff for being kind, helpful, and amazing customer service.

The parking!! Very small parking lot.
