The location was fantastic! Right on the beach is such a treat! The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean.

We paid extra for a balcony room but we couldn’t use the balcony because there were smokers on the balcony next to us and each time we tried to sit on the balcony the smoke was too much. We noticed that there is a sign on the glass sliding door to the balcony saying that if you’re going to smoke on the balcony you need to close the door so the smoke doesn’t get in the room. And on the balcony was an ashtray on the table which we had to clean ourselves to reduce the smell of smoke on the balcony. For non-smokers like us who were really looking forward to enjoying the balcony we paid extra for, it was very disappointing.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned. Love the big shower.

Chair rentals- staff should really explain to tenants how it works when checking in. Most times someone was sitting in our seats. Room was good but not what I imagined ocean view to be.

I loved everything about this place!! The island was right at my room! The rooms was cleaned the staff was friendly. A great place to relax and eat all the seafood you can stand!!

I didn’t like that it was pay parking everywhere we went. Maybe they could offer a parking pass for the day. The parking was not good for me.

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Loved being right on the beach. If I returned, I would want a room facing the east.

The room had a damp feeling that the air conditioning did not seem to be able to fix. And, some type of room freshener was used that made the first night difficult to enjoy.

Proximity and ease of access to the beach was wonderful. There's a covered game room for rainy weather. It's a 5 min walk to good restaurants and ice cream, and there's a supply store just across the street. The staff are very helpful and pleasant!

Pool is very small. Parking is adequate, but tight. We didn't have much of an ocean view for being so close. I believe some rooms do have a good view, and we could see a sliver of the ocean if we stood at the window a certain way.

The front desk staff was very nice. Loved it being right on the beach.

Our room did not get cleaned one day. The hotel manager doesn't understand that his cleaning crew and head housekeeper aren't doing their jobs. The cleaning crew was seen just standing around owing and looking a their cell phones and not cleaning. The headhousekerper isnt checking the rooms to ensure they have been cleaned. The manager doesn't look at the complaints in the housekeeping book to address them with the staff. Maybe the manager and head housekeeper need to be replaced. People pay a LOT of money to stay there and when they receive poor service, they don't come back.

we loved how friendly the staff were and how convenient it was to the ocean. it was also in a great location.

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the cleanliness of the room. Whoever cleaned had rushed through the room leaving streaks on mirrors and glass, the toilet and sink were not clean, and the glass tops on the dresser and nightstands had stuff spilled on them and sticky handprints. there was also some dirty trash on the dresser upon arriving.

Great view from our oceanfront room! We enjoyed watching the sun come up right from the balcony!

For the price you pay the breakfast should be way better. Some updates need done as well.

The beach is a three minute walk away. The hotel is in a quiet area. The staff are very friendly and professional. It is in within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The room was very clean.

The hotel says it is the only beachfront hotel at Tybee Island, but there are others. When I booked the room, I believed I was getting a room that faced the ocean. However, the room faced the condos next door. If you looked out the window and craned your neck, you could see the beach. They do have a few rooms that face that beach, and I paid extra thinking I would get a room like that. It just didn't happen. The breakfast bar was okay, but there needed to be more protein items for those of us with diabetes.

That it is beachfront very short walk to beach. It was clean.

The bed was really worn out, the room they gave me had no wi fi at all. Asked if room was serviced every day was told yes, but room was skipped once had to ask for towels. The beach chairs and umbrellas you pay for are very dated the first day I got a chair that broke with me.
