It was one of the best places we had been for breakfast. The set up was very professional The attendant was so nice and helpful when I needed to take food back to my room. He set me up with a tray and covered all the food for me. It was a breath of fresh air to see such great service

The refrigerator was smaller than usual, but we made it work. Our A/C wasn't blowing out cold air at first, but the front desk was able to reset everything and also offered us a box fan which was very helpful to my husband who has ringing in is ears and needs the noise to help him sleep. They immediately resolved our issues with no problems

When we arrived our reservation was messed up. Both of us have mobility issues and we requested a room with a roll in shower. Despite me calling a week before to ensure that feature, we were placed in a regular room with no accommodations. I showed my confirmation email from Booking to Rajah and Christine at registration and they could not have been nicer. Both rooms with roll in showers were already full, so they immediately placed us in a room with a tub equipped with multiple grab bars. They both apologized profusely and comped the room. Terrific customer service - both ladies are fabulous representatives of Drury Inns & Suites.

The food was amazing with a lot of choices. I mainly want to mention Sabrina (who checked me in) because she told me I had made my reservation through Priceline and I thought I had made it directly through Drury. She explained how the "discount" companies pay Google to put them at the top of the list and it actually looks like you are dealing with Drury when you are not. You don't receive Honor points when you book through a third party! So now I know exactly what to do thanks to her and her help. She's the BEST!!

I had never heard of Drury Inns before but their excellent reviews encouraged us to stay one night there. It was an outstanding hotel. Sparkling clean, the nicest and most helpful staff, lovely room in perfect condition, and a washer dryer on each floor. And very quiet for a good nights sleep. I had expected breakfast but I had not expected dinner. Dinner was a real bonus: great BBQ on buns with fixing, salad, salsa and chips plus 3 cocktails each( we had wine which was very good). The dining area was large so it easily handled the number of guests partaking in the dinner. And the Breakfast was just as nice, all done buffet style.

I can not think of one thing I would change. They had thought of everything to make a guest experience the best possible. And at a very reasonable price.

We arrived in time to eat an evening meal. While the entree wasn’t my favorite, my husband enjoyed it, and it filled the necessity of having to leave and go get something to eat after a long day of travel. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean and felt more luxurious than the hotel we stayed in the second night, plus was less expensive!

The instant potatoes at the evening meal could be exchanged for a more natural tasting brand. Don’t make the cheese sauce for nachos so runny.

We stay here each year and are always pleased with our stay. The employees even remember us sometimes. All employees are helpful and friendly. Several went out of their way to help people.

I was surprised that our charges were on our credit card days before we even arrived especially since we are a member of the hotel group. Normally charges are billed on departure.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. We were given a late check out upon request without a question. We were there to attend a funeral and the extended check out helped to defray time as the service was at 01:00. This was our first time staying with Drury Inn. We will stay again.

I cannot think of a thing. Hated Television was not available but considering the effects of the hurricane we were Blessed to have had the accomodations.

The front desk was super friendly and even gave us complimentary cocktails. There was a indoor/outdoor pool which my daughter loved and a clean and well equipped workout room. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of options. The hotel was also really convenient to other restaurants. Olive Garden was right next door. It was overall a great stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom water did not get hot. It was lukewarm. And there was not an exhaust vent.

The amenities were amazing. The beds were comfy. Property well kept. Great location.

Hot tub jets didn't work. LOT'S of truckers. Went to the lobby in eve one night and there was a group of them with a very large amount of alcohol. No outdoor surveillance/security many many reviews from past guests speak of break ins so we worried about this. To have added a third adult literally would have increased the price double..so from $400 something to $800 something..this seems excessive and unjustified. But other than this it's a great place. Would stay again.

Upon walking in the door, I was greeted with a cheerful welcome! I didnt know who said it until I turned the corner to check-in and was greeted by Christine. She has the most amazing smile and personality. She was so welcoming and helpful. She paid attention to detail and wished us congratulations on our marriage and new baby. I would come back just to see her. The room was perfectly positioned in a quiet corner of the 3rd floor. The room was clean and comfortably fit our family. We did not get to eat dinner but the crowd told us it was good. We did have breakfast and there was something for every kind of appetite. Each staff member we met was so nice. I didn't get his name but the man working breakfast with the dreadlocks had the warmest smile and was so helpful in seeing that we had everything we needed and were comfortable since we were juggling breakfast and baby. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close enough to get to everything in mere minutes but tucked away from the noise of the traffic.

That our trip and stay at the hotel wasn't longer.
