The indoor pool was easily accessible and clean. Any minor issue we had was solved promptly and professionally. The staff throughout the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) was very friendly. Even though it said there will only be housekeeping upon request, our room was taken care of without asking. The room had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay. If I had known how great it is I would have stayed there before. However, now I know where to stay next time we are in Warner Robins Washer and dryer were clean.

We loved everything about the property except the kids were grossed out by a roach crawling over the towel by their toothbrushes. Everything was very nice, the people were all friendly, and facilities were great, including great options for breakfast. We will be checking out comfort suites more often! I just recommend they use Combat roach killer, it’s going to knock those roaches out.

The staff was completely competent and kind, even in the middle of training new employees. They accommodated us very well. Breakfast had a nice selection. We spent another night here in their jacuzzi room and loved it. The jacuzzi was very clean.

The floors in both rooms we tried were a bit dirty, and it's very easy to hear what's going on outside the rooms. We didn't find the beds the most comfortable, but that boils down to preference. Very nice if you like a soft mattress.

The pool was closed because it was storming outside? Its an indoor pool. We drove 3 hrs & had promised my 9 yr old a pool. They said thay had one, but when we got there, they refused to let is use it because of a storm outside. I could understand if it was an outdoor pool, but its not. So my daughter was very upset, & I thought they should've given us a discount since it was their decision to close the pool over a gray sky & rain.

The breakfast was well prepared, the dining area clean and well stocked. We love the hot tub and the pool although would love it more if it was heated. Our room, and the whole facility, was clean and well maintained.

Location was not bad...a bit noisy with some teenagers running the halls for a bit at night...not the hotel's fault, and management quickly put a stop to the situation. Breakfast was good. Super-friendly staff

The property was very clean and in a great location for what we were there to do.

The rooms were not ready at 4 when we arrived and there are no light in the pool even though it’s open till 11.

Everything was clean and staff was excellent and helpful.

Bed was kinda uncomfortable.

We loved staying here. Mainly just needed a place to stay. We had kids showing at the GA national fair.

Our room was very damp! We typically reuse our towels one night but it was so damp in the room that the towels weren’t dry from one night to the next. This is my only complaint. I mentioned it to the front desk guy one night when I went down for fresh towels but I don’t think they ever came to check on it.
