The breakfast at the Hampton Inn was wonderful. They had several options including fluffy eggs and muffins. We don't eat meat, so I can't comment on the tastiness of the sausage. They had a waffle maker and fresh fruit. The morning staff was lovely - so kind and very welcoming. Every staff member we met was attentive - full of smiles and willing to help. They drew up maps to show where to go and they also gave feedback on restaurant choices. They offered cookies, hot chocolate and coffee upon check in and every time I walked by the desk I was asked if everything was ok. It felt like a second home due to the Easter decorations and very casual decor. This would be a great hotel for famlies with young children. Be advised that the indoor pool is not open so don't plan on that. The fitness center was nice and had free weights and a couple of treadmills.

The building is older, so it could use new carpet and some touch ups in the elevator. The carpet was quite older and not as vacuumed as I would like. The rooms were updated and clean so that is what matters most!

The hotel is in a great location, but it is the staff that made the visit. They were super kind and helpful, and made you feel at home. The room was very clean and well maintained, and I had more than enough toiletries to meet my needs.

The only thing I will say is that the door to my hotel room was not well sound-proofed, so almost anything going on outside and nearby rooms is more or less broadcast into my room. However, granted you are not sleeping past breakfast, this did not prove to be much of an issue due to the courteous staff and guests. The cleaning carts can be a bit loud during their scheduled cleaning hours, however that is expected.

Good location, clean facilities, friendly staff. Indoor pool is under construction but was able to use sister facility pool which was basically next door. Coffee bar was nice and stocked. Room clean. There were some dirty fingerprints on both sides of the bathroom door but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

Breakfast could have more hot options/ meat options.

Staff was exceptional. Friendly & helpful. Facility was clean and in excellent condition. Bath was wonderfully equipped with lots of towels and supplies. Breakfast was a step above our recent hotel experiences... and was well staffed.

Bit pricey.

The Hotel was clean and the furnishing comfortably. However, we booked this hotel because my son was competing in a state wrestling championship, and he requested a spa or hot tub for after his competition. The one at the hotel was not in working order and there was no way for us t know that until we booked, checked in and went to get in the spa only to find it broken.

The sliding bathroom door needed lubricating. Curtains damaged at the top. The iron leaked water, could not steam iron my clothes.

The hotel looked new ,very well design,inside and out!when you walked into the lobby,had a welcoming "homey feeling"due to decor..staff was very friendly and Mary,the lady who took care of breakfast needs,did a wonderful,caring job.She should have a tip jar!the breakfast was excellent,room was roomy,very cleaned and comfortable..just missed not having a tub,but l didn't ask about that so not hotel's fault..one of the very best places we have ever stayed!!

I liked that the breakfast was included and that hot foods were available. The room was clean and comfortable.

A sofa in the king room would have been nice. An outdoor pool would have been nice too. Breakfast should have included biscuits and gravy instead of 3 mornings of scrambled eggs. I saw the same dirty Q-tip on the floor in the hallway for more than 24 hours. Towels were not soft and those little bottles of bath products are terrible.

Breakfast was great! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved the Valentine’s Day Decor in the entrance area. Location is a plus because it’s very close to numerous of stores and restaurants.

The fact that the indoor pool wasn’t heated, so I was unable to enjoy a little water therapy. I also had to travel to 2nd floor for ice. Other then that everything meet my expectations.

The room was big and clean. I like that they do room service by request because I typically don't like room service. The room heated up and cooled down quickly, so that was nice.

It was pretty noisy outside of the hotel, since it's right next to a car wash, but you couldn't hear it inside at all. So really only noisy when you're outside.
